I was not told when my order would be ready or what was happening. I got a hello and then I told them my order name and they just talked to the other staff member. My order was bagged and then handed to me without a thank you, have a good day, or thank you for choosing leeann chin. There are about a million places to grab dinner in our area and to not get any of that from staff was very disappointing. This experience has and will push me to choose other places when selecting a dining option. For context there were 2 other people in the store at the time and I arrived 10 minutes after my promise time for when the order would be ready and still had to wait for it to be bagged.
