    my order is always ready quickly and without issues. the employees are always playing a mix of cocteau twins or the smiths. perfect gothic atmosphere for my sandwhich.

    I wish I could give zero starts. Even with NO one in the drive through it takes a wast 10min to even order and another 15 to get your food… this is the slowest “fast food” place ever.

    Stood at register for 4 mins waiting for anyone to notice me, pick up order was made for ASAP, came in 30 mins after placing and it wasn’t even looked at yet. Kids working this shift were very slow and didn’t bother to help customers or respect their time. Just standing in the back talking

    I almost didn’t come here because of some of the reviews. I was expecting slow service, rude employees, and a sloppy sandwich, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. I’m honestly glad I did because my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in, acknowledged me right away, and got my order started quickly. The restaurant was clean, the employees looked like they actually cared, and my sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it. Everything tasted fresh, the bread was soft, the vegetables were crisp, and they didn’t skimp on the ingredients. I don’t know if this location has improved a lot recently or if some of the negative reviews are exaggerated, but based on my visit, I don’t think the current rating really reflects the experience I had. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, but it’s not fair to judge a place forever because of a few bad experiences. If you’re on the fence because of the reviews like I was, I’d recommend giving this Jimmy John’s a shot and deciding for yourself. I was pleasantly surprised, and I’ll definitely be coming back. It’s nice to see a place that seems to have stepped up its game or maybe just never deserved some of the criticism in the first place.
