  First and foremost my “high protein sandwich” looks like a child made it. As my delivery reached the 40 minute time, I called the store inquiring about my order and he said it should be there now if not any minute so I continue to wait outside still nothing. I called the store back for the same guy to say oh we left it at the security desk.I go to jimmy John’s very often and this completely ruined my experience. Must be this new JJ sesh going on.

  Has to be the slowest Jimmy John's known to man. There can be no other customers there and it takes them 15-20 minutes to even take the order in the drive through. I just watched 3 other cars drive away as well.

  Freaky fast…. Yea right freaky slow…. Watched multiple people that ordered after us get their food. When I walked up and asked where our sandwiches were. They were just sitting there and no one had called them out. Do not recommend this location at all. Would give 0 stars if I could.

  They’ve messed up my order 2/3 times I’ve ordered from here. Called to ask for a refund but was treated passive aggressively by being told that I should check my sandwich before leaving? Apparently it’s too hard for them to follow instructions clearly written on the receipt so I’m expected to open up my sandwich to make sure they did their job correctly. This place is going to get run into the ground by their horrible service and terrible sandwich making.

  Called after 45 minutes to check status of delivery only to find out it was not going to be delivered due to a 3rd party delivery service not accepting the load. I mentioned how that would have been nice to know with a call to me. Employees response was they were busy and only have 2 employees. I understand being busy but I can’t help but wonder how long they were going to make me sit in limbo waiting on something that was never going to arrive. Disappointed
