When this location first opened I came with my father and we had to wait 20 minutes in their drive through just to not get our food in the end. Tonight I had to deal with workers not communicating, there was only one younger man who was helpful. They were out of guac, and I had to ask for a substitution of queso, it should have been offered! GO TO THE OTHER CHIPOTLE IN SHAKOPEE!! It's cheaper and has MUCH better service.

It looked like it was rushed with zero effort.When I went back to ask about it, instead of fixing the issue or even apologizing, I was met with attitude and disrespect. No accountability whatsoever. If this is the level of quality and service they’re okay with, that’s a serious problem.
