  I wish I would have taken the google reviews seriously before we stopped here on our trip - this is why I'm sharing our experience. We had the most disrespectful service we have ever experienced as a family. We came in at around 10:25 (35 minutes before close). They served us, begrudgingly, clearly very unhappy to make us food at this time. As we were eating, around 10:40, another customer came in as they continued to clean up, and he asked if they were still serving. The staff didn't really reply, and he got the idea that they didn't want to serve him, so he left. At that point, the staff started what appeared like a cleanup playlist- starting with "The Final Countdown". Which, totally reasonable and funny, we understand that it's almost closing time and so we were trying to finish up our food as quickly as we could. After that song, around 10:51, the staff started playing a different song, which was extremely crude. The lyrics were "Move bi***, get out the way, get out the way...", along with many other crass words, which you can look it up yourself if you'd like. It was very clear that they were trying to get us to leave, and had no regard for the fact that we had our 3 kids along with us. I've never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my life before.

  This Chipotle - this one does it right. I've ordered a lot from various locations and this one very VERY rarely gets it wrong. P.S. if you happen to work at a large business nearby I highly recommend utilizing this location for catering delivery orders

  I’m honestly extremely disappointed with this order. I paid full price for a bowl and received what looked like HALF of a meal. I understand portions can vary, but this was completely unacceptable. If I’m paying Chipotle prices, I expect to actually receive a full meal. I hope management takes this seriously because this is definitely not the quality or value I expected.

  Okay, not sure where to start here. I picked up my online order (sofritas, extra white rice, extra black beans, red hot salsa). I know it is a lame basic order. Anyways, I did the stupid thing of not checking my order before going home. I then open it and it is rice, beans, sauce, and fajitas (no protein) which, whatever, it could be worse, slightly wrong orders happen. The thing is it was filled like it was coming out of the employees paycheck. I finished it in 10 bites. For how much the prices have gone up, I really got bent over. Anyways, for the first time ever I went back to the store to complain as this is the 20th time my order has been wrong (mainly the savage locations fault, please for the love of god never go there unless you like the feeling of disappointment). Getting back to the story, the manager who is a super nice guy, the only reason this isn't a 1 star review, did try to make up for it with free fountain drinks. They ended up remaking my order and I got to the car and checked it and it was wrong again. I'm not sure if the person working the online order area has dyslexia or they somehow don't know the difference between the Sofritas and fajitas, or maybe they were just out and used it as a substitute which would have been nice to know. Regardless, if you work there you should know the difference. At this point I accepted defeat and went home to soak in my sorrows. Mr. Manager guy, I'm sorry you got dealt bad workers, thank you again for trying. Also side note, the pepper AI bot is the most worthless use of clean drinking water.

  Me and my friend and another car showed up 10 minutes before they closed and us and the other car rolled down our windows when we saw what I’m assuming is a MANAGER open the door and go to lock it because we wanted our food. She proceeds to lock the door and we see all the staff inside start clapping. We are so disappointed and will not be returning to this location and we would like to see new management before we return. We feel so disrespected and disappointed that this would happen when we understand we were close to closing time, but we watched them throw away a bunch of food that we could’ve eaten and now so much food has gone to waste and we cannot eat because they wanted to lock the door right in front of our face and play in our faces. This was extremely unprofessional, and I would like to see some changes in the staff at this chipotle before me or anyone I know returns. I WISH I could give a zero star review because I would leave a -10 if possible.
