- LSLillion Schnacky4 days ago1.0I went on 7/23 around lunch time and I’ve never really had problems at this location. But today I opened my bowl when I got home and there was a dead bug right on top. Im just sad that I couldn’t eat my chipotle. That is very disappointing and gross.

I immediately lost my appetite and was very upset by what happened.I showed them right away, but their response made the situation even worse. Instead of apologizing or showing concern, they acted like it was normal and told me that these things happen. That kind of response is careless, unprofessional, and unacceptable when a customer finds plastic in their meal. This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. Finding a foreign object in food is already bad enough, but the lack of concern from the staff made it even more disappointing. Chipotle needs to do much better when it comes to food safety and customer service.
