    I placed an online order that I found out I would not be able to pickup even near the time I had specified. Not sure who I talked to at this location but a lovely man informed me it wasn't any problem to refund my order as soon as it hit their 'build-me' status. What a wounderful customer service experience! It was my fault, I was ready to lose the 16 some-odd dollars and move along but thought i'd try a phone call first. Nice Job Shakopee Arby's on Vierling, whoever I spoke with!

    We pay high buck to attend a concert at the amphitheater. Stay at a hotel which is double cost. Stop at Arby’s drive through after concert. Nothing is fresh, food semi warm. C’mon! It’s a concert night!! Be prepared! Disappointed!
