From the second I walked in, she had the kind of energy that instantly changes the whole atmosphere. She was welcoming, patient, funny, and just genuinely kind. You can tell she actually cares about the customers instead of just trying to get through a shift. My smoothie and food were fine (and I’m sure it is only fine because Emma didn’t make it). Emma managed to make the experience feel personal and memorable. People like Emma are the reason customers come back. Honestly, management needs to know how valuable she is because employees like that are rare. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or cold, Emma went above and beyond without even trying. She deserves recognition, a raise, employee of the month (all of it!!) If you stop at this location, I hope you get lucky enough to be helped by her because she turned a simple smoothie run into the highlight of my day.

I don’t know why smoothie places insist on putting ice in these things. There’s no reason to if you’re keeping a lot of your fruit frozen or cooled at least, it just makes it taste bland.
