  Went for a quick meal around 7pm and was stuck in drive through for 35 mins. Due to layout once in drive through you are literally boxed in and can not leave . If you are looking for a quick stop, go to another fast food place in the area instead of spending a half hour waiting in line.

  They forgot something in our order twice in a row now. Both times were their more expensive menu items too, not just a side. Getting too expensive for the food quality anyway. Customer service is usually very nice but it sucks when you live twenty minutes away and don’t notice missing items until you’re home.

  For the most part fast food drive-throughs ...they are what they are. Rarely do you get one that's memorable either good or bad. And then you have the gold star drive-thru person which is Daniel at the Savage Taco Bell. And I hope somebody in the organization sees this because he should be training people. New and existing employees should be listening to him and taking notes. Super friendly, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, gave suggestion and an upsell. Even had time to crack a little joke here and there and brought a smile to my face. That is what you want in an employee and I hope it goes recognized. His personality and salesmanship really showed through!!

  This place served me a taco that looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. It was full of insects and mold. This is disgusting. I’m reporting this.
