  Very disappointing experience, especially on my daughter’s birthday. She went in to pick up her birthday sub, but when she got home, she realized she had been given the wrong sandwich. She called the store to explain what happened and ask if she could mget the sandwich she actually ordered. Instead of offering to correct the mistake, the woman she spoke with was rude and made the situation feel like an inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and we completely understand that. What was disappointing was how the mistake was handled. A simple apology and willingness to make the correct sandwich would have resolved everything, especially considering this was supposed to be a birthday treat. Unfortunately, the customer service made an already frustrating situation much worse.

  I never have issues with service or the food. I am writing this because the delivery fee doesn't make sense to me. I order all the time for lunch because I work nearby. Today I wanted to add a cookie to my order, but adding that bumped my fee from $2.49 to $4.99 (or $4.98). I wasn't willing to pay double the delivery fee just to add a cookie. I frequently reduce my order to avoid the bigger fee, which costs them sales. I would think that there would be a higher delivery fee on really small orders, or really large ones. But to double it over adding a cookie, drink, or bag of chips to my sandwich seems excessive.

  Something changed. All bread. Has never happened before?? I order the same sandwich. What happened? Jersey Mike's is just down the road.

  They were the nicest people ever! I totally recommend going there! They accidentally messed up our order and gave us a new one!

  Ordered for pickup on the app. Food was ready ahead of when I got there. Guy at the counter even asked if everything looked alright when I picked up the bag before I left. Typical Jimmy John's, no complaints.
