  The store is great but there was one day I went to use the restroom and an employee was in there as well but when she was done she did NOT wash her hand and rushed back to touching the food after that i haven’t been back.

  I am submitting this complaint regarding my recent experience at Fresh Thyme Market in Savage, Minnesota. Approximately two days before my complaint, I purchased mangoes from this store. The mangoes looked perfectly fine on the outside. However, when I cut them open at home, I discovered that they were completely rotten inside and were not edible. I returned to the store with the spoiled mangoes and asked for a refund or replacement. I had thrown away the original shopping bag, so I brought the mangoes in another shopping bag that I had at home. The store refused to accept the return because the mangoes were not in a Fresh Thyme bag. I understand that a store may have policies regarding receipts and returns, but in this situation I was returning fresh produce that I had purchased at this location only two days earlier and that was already spoiled inside. I believe the condition of the product should have been addressed rather than refusing the return simply because I used a different shopping bag. I am asking Fresh Thyme Market to review this situation and provide a reasonable resolution, such as a refund or replacement for the spoiled mangoes. I would also appreciate clarification regarding the store’s policy for spoiled fresh produce when the customer no longer has the original shopping bag. I hope management will take this complaint seriously and review both the quality of the produce and the way this situation was handled by the store.

  This place is nice to get certain things, but this place always has sooooo many items, especially dairy and meats that are past shelf life. I see it all the time when I'm here. I really do not understand and I'm very disappointed
