- TTTrisha3 days ago3.0The staff is kind but when they scoop the beef, they get Beef chunks into chicken and then I don’t choose chicken because I don’t eat beef. Is it possible to separate the beef so it doesn’t fall into the chicken every time they scoop it? Otherwise, the staff is nice no hate
- AAAsh4 days ago1.0Ordered a chicken taco and chips/queso and guac. Opened my taco to not find a single piece of chicken??? Like this is probably one of the easiest orders of the day and you forget the protein all together ? I knew this location was bad but come on.
- IDIvy D6 days ago2.0While the team member at the front of the line was clearly trying to get people in and out, our food sat on the line getting cold waiting for the next team member who was clearly backed up. Our tortilla was so cold by the time the next TM went to fill it and roll it that it was hard, ripped, and she had to ask for another tortilla. The cleanliness of the line also made us question cleanliness throughout the rest of production and the restaurant.

Walked in to the employees arguing then they gave pretty crappy servings and they also start to close up 2 hours before they even close so half of the stuff is gone. Got my food and went to the dining area just to find about every single table was dirty with food on it from other people. Nothing is stocked at the self serve/drink area. As im eating i still hear the employees arguing. Wont be coming back here. Also on another note, my friend proceeded to throw up from the food in the bathroom there. (We have had chipotle before and this has never happened)
- JWJohn WalSep 4, 20261.0I don’t ever leave reviews. I was at the store at around 5:30 pm. The store seems to be lacking leadership. The dinning room was dirty, trash overflowing. It wasn’t very busy at the time I went. The assembly line where they prepare the food was caked in a layer of guac, queso, cheese, corn etc… they were just running everyone’s burritos/bowls through the mess. They weren’t prepared for dinner rush, steak was running out and cold. Paying $40 for two burritos and chips is premium pricing, kind of wished the experience/food would matched the price.
