  Food was good and service was good . Kind of a lot of drama a guy who was running the line told the employee cutting the chicken to swap with another employee. Due to the other employee being faster and more efficient.Then later the employee started crying because she was pulled from chicken cutting duty. He was later talked to by another staff member , while customers waited in line . I go to chipotle for fast service not to listen to someone cry. Props to the guy running the line at 6:00 Sunday night .

  Extremely Disappointing Drive‑Thru Experience!!! We waited in the drive‑thru line for 40 minutes today to pick up our order. We could clearly see our food sitting ready through the window, but no one came to the drive‑thru station to hand out orders. Cars were backed up behind us, and eventually every single customer had to park, go inside, and pick up their drive‑thru order themselves. The guys was at drive through station just simply asked for names, handed out bags, and ended the conversation. No apology, no explanation. A woman who appeared to be the manager showed us the order list on the screen instead of acknowledging the issue or offering any kind of customer service. This was around 3:45 PM, and only four people were seated inside, yet all drive‑thru customers were forced to come in because no one was managing the window. On top of that, the food quality was terrible. Our quesadillas were uncut and mushy, we received the wrong rice, and there were fajitas mixed into our hot sauce, which made the whole thing even more disappointing. It felt careless from start to finish. It feels like this location’s basic quality control and time management are completely missing. If the staff cannot operate the drive‑thru, they should close it and stop wasting people’s time. Today’s experience was such a disappointment, and the customer service was essentially zero.

  We ordered delivery and spent $72. We ordered 2 entrees both with double protein, 3 tortillas, and a side of chicken. All we got were the 2 entrees with NO MEAT AT ALL. We didn't get the chicken or tortillas. Chipotle's idea of making it right was to give us one entree. After responding that it didn't even come close to making up for the order, they added a side of protein. What a disappointment. I would think that a company of this stature would take better care of their customers. Apparently an extra $40 in their pocket is worth more than losing the business of a family of 3.

  I ordered a steak burrito bowl online from this Chipotle location, and it was very disappointing. The bowl was overloaded with other ingredients, but the steak portion was extremely small — only about 8 tiny pieces. For the price, I expected a much better balance and more protein. It felt like they skimped on the main ingredient I paid for. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order from this location again.

  Tried ordering on the app. App kept giving error message. Went into store to order and was told by a “manager” too bad nothing she could do because quesadilla is only available on app. Wouldn’t even look up to talk or try to help situation. Asked for her name resumed to give it. Wouldn’t give general managers name either. Will never order again.
