- BWBeth W.May 9, 20262.0They charged me for sauce i didn't get. So all of the sauce was wrong. Fries were old and floppy and cold, disgusting. Ordered a salad with no tomatoes- they put tomatoes on it. No napkins, forks or anything! Totally disappointed 😞. Will eat somewhere else next time. I could have went to one of the fast food restaurants and got better food and paid alot less. I'm not happy for what I paid for it. I hate leaving reviews but i was very angry at what i got!

- AKAndrea KrauseApr 16, 20261.0I had an extremely disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, mainly due to the lack of support and professionalism from the manager, Bailey. We were working with a newer waitress who was clearly trying her best, and we appreciated her effort. However, there was an issue with our bill—we were charged for an item that was incorrect and that we specifically said we no longer wanted. We politely asked multiple times to speak with a Manager Bailey, to resolve the situation. Despite our repeated requests, Bailey never came to our table. Instead, the waitress had to come back to us three separate times, clearly stuck in the middle, trying to handle something that should have been addressed directly by management. To make matters worse, our bill ended up being increased with additional items rather than corrected. It was frustrating and honestly unfair—to both us as customers and to the waitress, who was put in a difficult position without proper support. A manager’s role (Bailey) is to step in during situations like this, and that simply didn’t happen here. Very disappointing experience overall and I feel extremely bad for the lack of support for their staff.
