    My experience at McDonald's was consistently below reasonable expectations and reflected a concerning lack of operational integrity and basic customer service. On multiple occasions, I was instructed to pull forward after placing my order, not for customer convenience, but seemingly to manipulate internal timing metrics tied to managerial performance incentives. While internal business practices are not inherently the customer’s concern, they become relevant when they negatively impact order accuracy and service quality—as occurred here. Despite clear and repeated requests, essential items such as ketchup were routinely omitted from my order. This was not an isolated oversight, but a recurring issue indicative of systemic carelessness. More troubling, when these deficiencies were brought to the staff’s attention, the response was not corrective or professional, but instead dismissive and, at times, openly hostile. Taken together, this pattern of conduct demonstrates a failure to meet even minimal standards of customer care. Accuracy, accountability, and basic courtesy should not be aspirational goals in a food service setting—they are baseline obligations. Unfortunately, this location failed on all three fronts.

    If im going to pay $5 dollars for a latte. Give me a late, and make it full. For 1 its half empty. And for 2 its just a coffee, not a latte. Stop scamming us.

    Stopped at McDonalds in St. Peter, MN this past week. I got a hamburger, fries and shamrock shake. The hamburger has gone way down in size since last year. The fries were stone cold, and the biggest disappointment was the shamrock shake. It poured out like water!! No shake consistency at all. Sadly I remember the good old days when the shamrock shakes did not taste like fake mint and there was no whipped cream on them. What a huge disappointment on St. Patrick's Day! A whole bunch of crap for my hard earned 12.00.
