Now I've literally worked at 4 Taco Bell restaurants throughout the twin cities and from time to time I get a craving for a spicy potato soft taco and maybe some nacho fries... But look IDC what time it is of the employees shift but when I order potato tacos I go out of my way to be EXTRA RESPECTFUL AND EXTRA POLITE when asking if it would be okay to PLEASE fry the potatoes FRESH!! Knowing for 100% fact that spicy potato soft tacos have about 3-4 minute window to be enjoyable to eat... Once the potatoes go cold, might as well call the dentist because you done crack a tooth due to the potatoes turning to concrete! The guy taking my order said " oh our potatoes are always fresh " and with that being said I was like "BET"
Now you can only imagine how my experience with this went .... Horrible!
I'm pissed Knowing how long we had to wait and the amount of money we paid you think we'd get good service and fresh food!! I don't need compensation I just want the same service I would give my customers when I work the window at Taco Bell no matter what time!!
Not to mention when we pulled up to the speaker box through the drive-thru the guy taking my order said just said "HELLO?!" Not "Thanks for choosing Taco Bell, what can we get started for you today?"
I'm just saying... Is it too much to ask?....
Shouldn't have to ask for good service....
If I knew that my food wouldn't be fresh, considering how long we waited in the drive-thru for my order...not because it was busy.. it was just us.... I wouldn't even purchased it.
Because when I called the restaurant they listened for about 2 seconds before they hung up on me.

The ground beef has a bad odor. So noticable that we did not eat most of what we ordered. After taking a few bites of the bean Bean Burrito I started itching and am now covered in hives. Everything was cold. Tortillas were literally hard on one side. And they forgot the Avocado Verde Salsa Packets, which were the only ones they charge for. First and last time.

Refused to remake my order despite several dashers coming through, called them and was told to “figure it out myself”.

We orders food at the drive through. We started driving away and opened the bag on our way home only to realize they gave us the wrong order. We were too far into the 2.5 hour drive home to go back. I called the store to ask for a refund and the worker obliged but only if I came back to the store. Living 2.5 hours away that isn’t an option. I have tried to contact the franchisee but have not received any response. I don’t feel like my request for a refund is unreasonable given I didn’t receive what I ordered.
