  This was my first negative experience at this location. I usually place orders through the mobile app, and since it's fast food, you expect to pick up your order quickly and leave. Recently, I've noticed that staff has been missing items from my orders. I understand that everyone makes mistakes. I politely asked for sauce, which I had requested in my mobile order, and the white staff member kindly assisted me. However, a black female staff member then commented dismissively, suggesting I could have gone inside to get the sauce myself, with an attitude. This suggests that McDonald's at this location does not actively discipline or properly train their employees, showing a disregard for customer service. Please do it better next time, and if I could, I would have rated this location 0 stars.

  The night crew shift at this place is full of ugly, awful, and unresponsive workers. Two times I had to go through drive through and they still got my order wrong. They don’t listen, rude, I will be calling the corporate office to get my refund because this is unreasonable at this point. The girl especially is rude and does not listen as I make my full order but blamed me when she got my order wrong.

  Drive through service was great, no complaints. Employees were very friendly. Quality of the chicken in the sandwich, however, was less than great. Next time I'll just order the 2-cheeseburger meal.

  Ordered food at 10:25am got there at 10:35am to pick it up and they cancelled my order. pretty lame.

  Horrible customer service. Workers are very rude and disrespectful. Workers constantly take cigarette brakes every 5 minutes.I found tobacco in my sandwich.I'm pretty sure. They do not care about because in the lobby and have people waiting for almost thirty minutes for their food. The general manager yells at customers and calls the police on them for no reason.Especially when they spend money every day and treat the workers with up most respect. I witnessed her cutting multiple customers out yesterday and act like a complete fool.And child. Would not recommend eating here!!!!!! .
