  Placed a mobile drive-through order w/ Mcd’s app. Drive-through closed, doors locked. Two Dashers waiting outside for their orders. Employee came to window & I was told, “our system is down.” Dashers got their orders, I didn’t. Dumb.

  The team working the drive thru window the morning of May 19, 2026 was extremely efficient and well organized providing quick customer service so that customers could be on their way. I was absolutely amazed with this team.

  Customer care out of 10 one service out of 10 one I believe it’s the management.. No correction when some bin goes wrong. Customers always wrong even if they’re wrong.😑 Eating there will ruin your day.. And they don’t care

  Music in the dining room was barely audible. That's a shame because the sheer amount of yelling and screaming and shouting makes for a very uncomfortable and disruptive experience here. This is 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I'm sitting in the far end of the dining room closest to the patio. She is yelling so loud that my voice to text is picking up her voice while I'm trying to write this. Wow

  In the restaurant we ordered a happy meal, French fries & plain cheeseburger. After 10 minutes wait, the burger was standard, not plain. Had onions, ketchup & mustard. Showed the person serving us, waited 5 more minutes for the plain cheeseburger we had ordered. Sat down to eat, there were apples instead of fries. She said something is always wrong, ate the apples. Don't seem to care about us customers 😞 (don't recall a correct order for some years now) . The order is right up on the screen, it's not hard to make sure the order is correct. I always think I'm not going any more but try ever-so-often because it is close & my granddaughter super likes Mc Donalds.
