  The service was amazing. I felt welcomed. This was my first visit. The food was delicious. The waiter recommended the chicken. The way he described it was very accurate. I enjoyed the whole experience. I highly reccomendation.

  Great option for dinner, especially before a show at the Ordway. Food was excellent, service outstanding. Our server paced the timing of our courses so we finished about 20 minutes before curtain time.

  My family had Kincaids while on a little family vacation the other day. It was amazing. The food was so good my husband had the Prime Rib, I had the steak, our kids had the crab and shrimp fettuccine, and we all shared the key, lime pie. Everything was perfect, it will definitely be our regular go to place when we visit St.Paul, I highly recommend!

  We went to Kincaid’s for our 20th anniversary dinner and honestly expected more for the price. I ordered the prime rib, but they were out, so I had to quickly pick something else and went with a $60 ribeye. It was okay, but nothing special. I've had much better steaks at chain steakhouses for a lot less money. The service was mediocre. When my steak came, the server stood there and had me cut into it to make sure it was cooked right while he watched. I've never experienced that before and it was really uncomfortable. The lobster wasn't anything special either, especially for the price. The shrimp skewers were excellent and the crème brûlée was amazing! They also gave us the dessert for free for our anniversary, which was a nice gesture. Overall, the appetizer and dessert were better than our expensive main dishes. For our 20th anniversary dinner, it was disappointing and just didn't feel worth what we paid.

  I’m beyond disappointed- it took 20 minutes to even get someone to acknowledge us at our table. Then we ordered. 30 mins after ordering the waiter comes back to the table and says “they sold out” of what I ordered. An hour and 15 minutes to get food that sucked. The steaks were so full of gristle and fat! I brought it home to feed to the dogs! The place inside is nice. The only good part about the food was the cheesecake! $190.00 for crappy service, mediocre food! No thanks! We arrived at 6:45 for reservations didn’t leave until 9PM! 8/14
