  Rude workers.... felt like they were rushing us!! We ordered the same thing a couple weeks ago and they looked completely different this week, cone was half the size and cupfectipn wasn't even filled all the way!!

  If I could leave a zero star I would I have never had the worst service in some time. Plus you do not ever call a patron a "c" word or the "b" word I don't care what the situation it is.. the cashier inputed my order incorrect. Not my fault but you 3 decided to correct it by insulting me by rude names and telling me not to come back. Sorry but that's poor management on you and deserves termination. You don't say things like that to someone sorry but no. If I don't receive my refund I will be filing a lawsuit.

  There was a brown girl who has the worst customer service ever. Mind you I was not finish ordering, and my little sister change her minds about what she wanted. So she kindly ask if they can change “a” instead of “b” to the cashier, out of nowhere she came from the back to the window and said if you don’t want the “a” anymore then we won’t serve you…. So I ask just because we change our mind? She said yeah “ if you don’t want “a” anymore then we won’t serve you”. I wouldn’t even be mad if she explained or tell us the reason why we can’t switch between “a” and “b”, but no.. she just straight up told she won’t serve us with the most bitchy attitude of hers. I never experience anything like this ever since I have been going there and I’ve been going there for years and years.

  New owner's. Open long hopefully until thanksgiving maybe longer. They are quick, and very friendly.
