Would have walked out had I known, but didn’t want to waste food being ungrateful. Should have a sign that says what they’re out of up front. Never an apology or a discount either, just part of the Chipotle experience now I guess. Get what you get and don’t have a fit, paying customer.

I did not get points for anything, also scan for a free sauce that clearly did not get accepted, didn't get a receipt. Absolutely terrible experience, this is the closest location to me and I keep giving them chance after chance. I was told the store did not have small tops for the small containers, so the sauce would be put in the large container and I would be charged for the large size........smh the disrespect. Overall, the worst experience thus far. No small chip bags only large ones. This store needs new management
