- JJJai’C4 days ago1.0The worst chipotle ever. Like I’ve had bad chipotle but never like the one at this location. It’s like there doing something different with the ingredients, over salted and just taste off someone please investigate ts.
- LEL EnglundMay 6, 20261.0At Chipotle on Ford Parkway in Saint Paul, MN today, May 5th, I arrived at 8PM to pick-up my online order at the time indicated when I ordered. Asked for my order. The girl looked at the orders waiting for pick-up, said not ready. I waited 10 minutes, asked if there was an order for me (didn't want to wait or would reorder if for some reason there was no order) another girl looked at the orders waiting for pick-up, said no. After 5 more minutes a gentleman announced to 7-10 of is waiting for our online orders that all online orders were running a half hour late! While waiting 35 minutes before I got my order, several people came in the door, ordered and left or sat down and were eating even though I ordered way before them and arrived before them. I went right home, 10 minutes, bags shut. All the food was cold.

The young lady gave me a half a spoon of rice and when I requested Moore she said that’s all we’re giving out because we’re low on rice. What? This is the second time I had bad customer service and a bad experience at this location. Beware.

Then I asked for half chicken half stake and this employee proceeded to give me 4 piece of chicken and like 5 pieces of steak. I was about to walk out when the blonde employee noticed that and asked why the other guy was skipping out on portions and he gave me more.
