  Either this location was poorly managed or the employees are just lazy. They told us they ran out of brown rice we asked how long until there was more and they said they won’t have anymore the brown rice the rest of the night. Then literally 30 seconds later after they started our bowls they brought out more brown rice. They wouldn’t let us switch to brown rice. Then they were out of pico and lettuce. I was upset because my order was missing so many ingredients and I asked the girl how they have run out of everything and she told me they don’t have enough staff to run in back. I told her I was willing to wait for someone to run back. She straight up told me no. It was absolutely the laziest place. Their garbage was overflowing there were no forks. No one was maintaining anything. It was upsetting to pay the full price to get pretty much no toppings because someone was too last to go to the back.

  Dedicated all their meat to a catering order and said they wouldn’t have any meat for over 30 mins…poor management and setup maybe have a system in place so that doesn’t happen…dirtiest line I have ever seen so many health code violations

  Their management is very poor. They had no knowledge of the catering order I had placed—an order that usually requires only a 10-to-20-minute wait. I arrived on time, yet they kept me waiting for an hour and a half.

  Wonderful staff. I love chipotle. They always have a burrito for lunch and dinner and they’re open late and they have Wi-Fi and you can see your car from their seats. Chipotle is very friendly to the homeless community and they listened to Good music too and they don’t make you shit yourself because their food is fresh. I’m like some people.

  All I see are adults whining in the comments. I am new to the area and big on Chipotle. I went yesterday 8/9/2026 and there was a sign reading temporarily closed. No biggie as in sure they had reason. I also went on Friday 8/7/2026 before I came home from work and it was a great first time experience. The food was good, the staff was nice, and everyone was friendly. I brought my order home to eat but the dining area was a tad unkemp. There was a big leak from under the soda machine, the trash was overflowing, and tables were messy, BUT I only seen 3 people working. One helping cash out, one on the line and a cook. I worked for Chipotle at Ridgedale years ago BEFORE COVID and had an amazing team of like 8+ so I understand that we're in different times. These places are understaffed so people are overworked, spread thin, under appreciated and under paid to keep these companies going. Give these people some grace or make your own Chipotle at home!
