  This location is a complete failure. Closing early and only allowing online orders!!! Bad customer service! You never get online orders right!

  Only chipotle I’ve ever walked out of with only 4 people in line because the service was so slow.

  Asked for something to drink- Eric tells me they’re not offering service today. So, I was unable to get WATER while taking down the festival. Out here literally dripping sweat and he can’t hand me a cup? I couldn’t even BUY a cup!? Not offering what service!? Hospitable and reputable service? Is that service you’re not offering?

  After waiting in line for about eight minutes it was my turn to order. Before I could the manager shouted that the line would be closed for the next 20 minutes. I held my spot and waited patiently. A little less than 20 minutes later the manager signaled the staff to come back and asked me what I wanted. I started my order (2 bowls, one chicken one veggie) and then noticed that key ingredients were gone, like black beans which were there only a moment ago. So we went with pinto. But then they were also out of cilantro lime sauce, which was a bummer b/c my mom really likes it. I asked for “a little medium salsa please” because mom doesn’t do too much spice very well but the worker sloshed a heaping ladle of it everywhere. That was the last straw; it was then that I knew I couldn’t get good enough food to bring home for dinner. The staff was chill but the manager was brusque at best. It seemed like he was ready to be yelled at which probably happened after I left, but not by me. So to recap: line shuts down just as I’m about to order. Key ingredients have gone away when they re-open. Order mis-made. Rude manager. Offered a soda as compensation…I don’t drink soda. Took a detour on the way home and stopped at the store at 10629 France Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55431 and had an amazing experience with the friendly staff there.

  Last night, 5/26/26, I had placed an order on the mobile app after a long day of fasting (unintentionally). My order pick-up time was 9:00 PM, and I was jolly-on-the-spot. However, the line was so long and at a halt, the patrons looked hangry, yet hopeful- and me? I am walkin' right on by the line, anticipating an amply desired meal. After waiting 30 minutes and being 99% close to boiling point of HANGRY. Then, a short, cute melanated woman comes out of the back with bags of takeout orders, and she, being aware of the long wait, sincerely apologized for the wait time. Got home, sat down, and I enjoyed the most enjoyable Chipotle burrito bowl in a very long time. The wait times took so long, as the location had run out of ingredients.
