  I’m mean, the bagels are good. But I’ve not once had them get a complete order correct. Every single time I have to ask for something to be corrected. We have almost stopped coming here because of it, but I just keep trying

  the woman at the counter couldnt hear anything we were saying because every other employee was just running around. there was a man behind my friend and i who kept correcting what we were saying. they were out of almost every single bagel and were very inattentive. they also didn't wear hair nets and they're obviously understaffed

  Literally complete turnaround from my last visit. Seems like they really listens to their reviews and their customers feedback cuz this place seems like an entirely different place from 4 months ago when i came in for lunch. Thanks for listening!

  not a customer but DoorDash driver who come to this place 10x a day don’t know what happened but its clean now and even when they got 20 people in line i can get the orders right away when i been waiting like 45 minutes each time before. I usually hated coming here but thank god they finally started making orders quickly so i can get in and out!!!

  Me and my cousin went here today after not going to this location for quite some time due to multiple things. It seems someone finally started paying attention to this location because HOLY COW! It’s clean, the employees are attentive, it seems to be flowing and my order came out in like 3 minutes. Also i got the correct order this time.
