  The store is filthy. From the tables to the windows and doors. The upholstery is shredded, there are boxes of supplies and cleaning products piled up when you enter. Every single table was too dirty to sit at. There were 4 people working when I came it at 11:30 May 6. I was the only one in the shop til 12:00. No one bothered to clean or sweep. No one acknowledged me when I came to counter for so long that I finally asked if they were open. Whomever owns and or operates this place does NOT care, and that has to trickle into the quality of the food. It’s sad.

  As much as I like Brueggers, this place is a clown show. Don’t go there if you are in a hurry. I don’t get it..

  It’s like the workers don’t know how to talk respectful even the manger he thinks cause he’s not yelling what he’s saying is right like I was ordering and I’m like I wanted. Cookie he’s like there not ready knowing if he puts them in the oven it’s packed in the store i waited 20 mins for them to tell me they don’t have the bagel for my sandwich that was a enough time to put cookies on and have them out, but he automatically didn’t make that option available then he didn’t even compromise with that. I waited 20 minutes and say like oh next time you get five dollars off. it’s just like waste my time and I leave here with nothing and a refund and now I missed McDonalds breakfast like that’s crazy

  Once again I comeback in here to give them another tried I have to be to work this will be my last time coming here two ppl very slow late to work. Not that friendly I barely get points I’ll be going to Dunkin’ Donuts this is ridiculous 20 mins wait and then the old lady in front of me wait for a coffee a coffee and they ain’t even have the coffee she wanted smh ya need to hire and staff and move faster and do better lost a customers

  What broke brueggers? Ever since Covid this store operates in the most inefficient way. I came in for 6 bagels, unsliced. Just six bagels. 20 min later I get a bag of with my unaltered bagels from the baskets. Formerly, I could have walked up to a worker and asked for them then paid, customers with sandwich orders would not have slowed down my simple bagel order. This is an absolutely ridiculous business decision that puts unnecessary stress on to workers who are dealing with irritated customers. Staffing seemed fine but systems put everyone in a bottleneck with complex orders plus fancy drinks and uber eats/door dash queues. It’s baffling that corporate made these decisions. They must never actually go to the store. In future I’ll drive farther to a different place or pay extra down the street at Razavi Bread Co
