  My order was supposed to be ready at 8am. I came in at 6:30 and asked if I could get it early. Was told "there's a couple ahead of you." OK, so I'm patiently waiting. It's now 8:10am and still no order.

  Visiting airport location, ordered large Chai tea latte, specifically mentioning no sugar, the associate said there is no sugar, so i said again no syrup please. Then I get my tea with probably 4 pumps of syrup. Does the staff not know syrup is a sugar?? Now I can just throw it away. Poor service.

  DO NOT BRING LITTLE ONES TO THIS LOCATION TO EAT. Not family friendly, doesn't even have high chairs. Guess food is good besides that. Until they change how they welcome families here, my review will stay. My 14 month old fell out of the normal chair because they wouldn't provide a high chair and they didn't even care.

  They did not cut my bagel, and there is a lack of condiments at this location. The Eagan location has mustard, hot sauce, mayo, etc and this location only maybe has ketchup but there is nothing put out so I have to ask for it. Pretty inconvenient.
