  What service! We have a family member with an allergy to red dye. When we went to get an ice cream cake for Mother’s Day (yes, we should have ordered ahead with specific instructions—that’s on us), they were all beautifully decorated with reds and pinks. But the amazing staff found an undercoated cake and wrote Happy Mother’s Day on it with light blue icing. Thank you for going above and beyond!!! And of course, the ice cream cake was delicious!

  Extremely slow service, Food was overcooked & cold. Definitely had been sitting out for sometime before packaging up. Management needs to do better. 4/26/26 9 pm

  Food was good. Ice cream was cold, the food was hot. Service was attentive to customers but was slow. The place looked renovated, but tables were filthy, napkin dispenser was empty, and garbage was left on some tables. In addition to this, they let unsupervised middle school kids loiter and many were loud and disruptive. Overall a decent place.

  *****I’d like to start by saying the only thing good here was the ice cream.***** Placed a mobile order, waited about ten minutes in line- i was cool with that, it’s 9pm and there’s a line. I wasn’t cool when the chick at the drive thru was gripey and immediately rude, didn’t feel very welcoming. We proceeded to get our stuff after tenish minutes. Blizzards didn’t have the dome lids on them, my fries were cold and there’s a random plastic bristle (that I do have in a bag, looks like a grill bristle or something.) in my pretzels. I’d like to get into contact with a manager. Thanks!
