- TLThomas Lattin5 days ago5.0There was one single angel of worker running the whole store. He was stressed out from the previous customer of who he had to kick out as they shouted and cussed. Once he got to us he apologized on behalf of the other person. He handle the entire situation very well and was kind to us. I would give 6 stars for service if I could. I’m definitely going back.
- CCChelseaJun 30, 20261.0Asked for well done and they sent out undercooked all drummies but it’s funny they did that when they can never give out all flats he thought I was African American cause well done and all flats are how black people eat their wings he deliberately made it all drummies once he seen well done. Had I asked for all flats he would have said no.. all undercooked drummies papa John’s is racist like they say.. if I pay my money I expect quality but FYI never say well done or you will automatically be considered a negro and your food will be nasty… Manager was extremely rude and dismissive I wouldn’t recommend a dog to eat there. Inedible wings under cooked all wings but never all drummies can’t be accommodated because they allegedly are already prepped they paying me back tomorrow!!!

He was the only one on shift, handling a ton of online orders, and still got my food out fast without dropping the ball. Tried the new Philly sandwich, came out smoking hot, good size, and solid value for the price. Service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Hope his manager sees this, he was working hard and deserves some recognition. PS never met Herb before in my life, just a customer who noticed good work when I saw it.
