We have been coming to the Hwy 7 location since it was across the highway. Have always been happy with this store until today.

Once he got to us he apologized on behalf of the other person. He handle the entire situation very well and was kind to us. I would give 6 stars for service if I could. I’m definitely going back.

Had I asked for all flats he would have said no.. all undercooked drummies papa John’s is racist like they say.. if I pay my money I expect quality but FYI never say well done or you will automatically be considered a negro and your food will be nasty… Manager was extremely rude and dismissive I wouldn’t recommend a dog to eat there. Inedible wings under cooked all wings but never all drummies can’t be accommodated because they allegedly are already prepped they paying me back tomorrow!!!

He was the only one on shift, handling a ton of online orders, and still got my food out fast without dropping the ball. Tried the new Philly sandwich, came out smoking hot, good size, and solid value for the price. Service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Hope his manager sees this, he was working hard and deserves some recognition. PS never met Herb before in my life, just a customer who noticed good work when I saw it.
