  I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Pizza Hut. I placed my order online, and my confirmation clearly said my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I found there were two entrance doors, but neither one would open. I called the store, and instead of being helpful, the woman who answered was rude and told me, “You just have to pull the door.” I had already tried that multiple times. While I was standing outside, I looked through the window, and an employee motioned for me to walk around to the other side because only one of the doors actually worked. Once I finally got inside, things only got worse. The employee at the counter was extremely rude and told me they didn’t have my order. I asked to speak with the manager, but he refused to let me. When I asked why, he said the manager was busy making pizzas and that I would have to wait. I waited, but the manager never came out. Eventually, the employee took my phone to show the manager my order confirmation, which clearly showed my pizza was ready for pickup. Even after that, no one could find my order, no explanation was given, no apology was offered, and no effort was made to make things right. After wasting my time, I had no choice but to leave without the food I had already been told was ready. Between the broken entrance, the rude employees, the refusal to let me speak with a manager, and the complete lack of customer service, this was a terrible experience. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  The only reason this review is getting one star is because I do enjoy Pizza Hut's pizza. But the St. Cloud location is an absolute nightmare. They never allow you a dine-in option, they have the entire dine in an area blocked off. Which blows my mind considering there is seating for 50 to 60 people in their dine-in area. Every time I call and try to place an order for pick up, over the phone, the staff is incredibly rude. This time they told me that I couldn't get wings because apparently their fryer is down and there's "nothing they can do about it". It is Father's Day. And all I wanted to do was order pizza for me and my 4 boys to sit around and spend time together on this holiday. Pizza Hut Corporate should look into this location and do some serious investigating into what they can do to improve the situation. I would appreciate if somebody would contact me regarding these ongoing issues at this location.

  The staff does not give a min to think and order, even kept online order was there for pickup and still the order was delayed and didn’t even apologize for it. Their pasta aren’t even bake well it was froze and cold just the cheese was melted on top of it and covered it, the pasta was soggy type

  I was very pleased to actually find this place. I was afraid that I’d have to drive over an hour just to be able to enjoy Pizza Hut pizza again since we had to relocate from Meeker County, MN.
