She cancelled my order that | placed for pick up and then told me the code I used from a previous mistake was invalid be cause they "didn't mess up" last time. However that code came from an online chat so they should have to honor it. I was charged for the item I paid for and was told that was refunded, I showed her the charge on my card and she said “well it should be refunded”. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location just due to the overall way the employees behave towards customers, without customers they don’t have a paycheck. If you want to be treated like a burden order from here, otherwise go to papa johns.
