  Every single time I come here a customization is messed up, an item is switched with another, an item is completely missing, or it takes 20+ mins to get my food during downtime hours. No one I know has ever had good things to say about this particular location

  Whenever I used to go in there, a manager I believe her name was Meeka. I don't know the exact spelling is very rude to me. They have a sign that states customers are only allowed to stay there for 30 minutes. When ever I used to go inside this location, I was either told you need to get out of here by Meeka or she would purposely avoid me. I understand I made a bad choice almost 25 years ago there because my doctor was changing my medication. However the way I have been treated by that particular individual I feel is totally unacceptable.

  Went in and ordered on the kiosk because it seemed to be the only option. Breakfast burrito and frapp. Waited 20 minutes. Nobody else came in. Finally left.

  Tried to do an online order pickup at this location since it showed them being open for another 2 hours. When I got there, the female employee that answered the drive thru said “we’re closed, if you did a mobile order, you’ll get a refund.” When asked why, she said “short staffed”. Tough to say how many employees were actually there, but there appeared to be 4-5 cars in the lot with nobody in them. Always been a garbage location so I’m not surprised.

  This McDonalds had their hours being listed as being open until 12AM on the day I went. I placed my order through the app and selected drive thru around 10:30ish. When we got there we proceeded through the line until we came to the second window. I was handed my drinks which were not even completely full. Then I was told to proceed to the next window to wait. We sat and waited for around 20 minutes and then I saw the person behind me get their food. I waited another 10 minutes thinking maybe they needed to wait on something else. While I waited I saw a worker inside, who looked to be a manager, take out her phone and record some police officers that were searching someone's car in the parking lot. I waited a little longer and then the person with me ran back to the pickup window to ask where our food was. They had forgotten about us. Our food had been sitting on the counter the whole time we were waiting. The worker ran up to my window and gave us our food, apologizing. But when I opened the bag it only had our burgers, we had ordered two fries as well. The person with me ran back to the window and told them. Then we waiting for an extra 10 minutes while the worker made new fries. This all happened well before their listed closing time at 12am. The whole time we were waiting there were people who kept driving through the drive thru asking if it was open. Saying that they weren't getting an answer from any workers in the drive thru. Because we had to wait so long our burgers were cold by the time we got home. The fries were also soggy and not even crispy in the slightest. As if they had not been cooked all the way. Safe to say I will never go to this mcdonalds again and you shouldn't either.
