  There was like black flakes of charcoal or something from the meat or whatever in my bowl and made my whole meal taste like charcoal 1 star they don’t know how to cook.

  We went in to get lunch, and the manager was temping all of the food. Although this seems appropriate to keep everyone safe, she seemed to have no regard for cross contamination or cleanliness. She had only one glove on and a few paper towels in the other hand where she wiped off the thermometer after every item she stuck the thermometer in. Recontaminating every new item. Don’t come here if you value cleanliness and kind staff who care about your well being.

  Walked in, got in line. Watched the manager check the temps on all of the food with the same thermometer. Cross contamination? I think so. Trashy staff that simply don’t care. Next explosive diarrhea outbreak coming soon.

  Ordered a pick up order today for a bowl and a burrito. I came around 12:10, which is about around the time many people go on lunch. I would say it wasn't very busy at that time. I got my order quickly an went about my day. Got back to my job and all I had in my bowl was meat, cheese, and rice. I work 12 minutes away and was in the Sartell area to go to an appointment. I called multiple times and couldn't get an answer. So I had to drive all the way back just to get my correct order. The manager couldn't look me in my eyes. No apology for the incorrect order, no apology for not answering not one of my phone calls, and I didn't get any sympathy for my time wasted. To the young lady that remade my bowl 5 stars, and to the manager who shouldn't be managing ANYTHING you need reconciliation training.

  On 7/1/2026 I ordered two bowls via mobile app. I ordered the bowls at 4:30pm. I get there at 5:06pm and use the chipotlane. The lady ask the name for my order about 3 times then says your order won’t be ready until 5:30pm. I asked her why she said it’s scheduled to be picked up at 5:30pm. I then ask if she can make it now since I’m already here. She goes uhhh uhhh park at the curbside spot. I go if I park over there will you bring my order and she goes I’ll wave at you and yell for you so you can get your own order. Well anyways as I’m waiting for my order, I am literally watching the girl who told me to park stand there and laugh with her coworker for the next 15 mins. I told myself I bet they will probably make me wait until 5:30pm. On top of that very cold food. Very small portion of chicken. 0/5 stars.
