  We haven’t eaten here in ages (reviews are not good for this location) but we chose to stop in last week at lunchtime and give it a try again. We had a great experience with good food, friendly employees and a clean environment. We’ll be back!

  Food was good - service was ok. I asked for some extra foil so I could take my leftover burrito home and i was told by someone behind the counter that id need to ask someone else. Then, even though she walked by the someone who could help me, she didn't say anything to them. Im not mad or upset, just confused.

  I couldn’t be more disappointed in my experience to your store. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I came to the store tonight at 9:30 PM. I waited in line for about 10 minutes because only one person was working the line. There were four or five other employees just walking around. You guys were out of chicken, and you barely had enough Barbacoa to give me about a half portion. You guys are out of peppers, black and brown rice, lettuce, and cheese. I’m not even making this up. It’s so unbelievable. I asked the employee if I could get a discount on my burrito. Why should I pay full price for a burrito when I’m not getting the full ingredients? I couldn’t believe you guys were out of more ingredients than you had on a Friday night. The employee Kamala ? Was very rude. No lemonades left, utensils were missing, the trashes were overfilling. I honestly wish I would’ve taken pictures. On my way home, I called one 800 Chipotle to give a review of the store. After waiting on hold for several minutes, I got transferred to a DoorDash voicemail. I am so frustrated by my experience with your company tonight after spending 25 minutes repeatedly calling I finally got someone to give a Coupon for free chips and guacamole. Are you kidding me? After I waited 15 minutes in line to get a burrito that was missing most of the ingredients. Lol you can’t make this up. Whoever is running this particular store needs to be fired To make things even better about this story, he never emailed me my coupon for free chips and guacamole lol. I honestly think most of the employees were impaired off some kind of drug they were so sluggish. I was going to ask to speak to the manager, but he looked like he was about to topple over, He was so tired and sluggish looking. You guys really need to close down the store if you’re missing more than half the ingredients. Don’t make people wait 15 minutes in line to find out that you’re out of of everything. This is common sense business. I really feel bad for the 15 people in line behind me that also got to find out you guys are missing everything. Don’t close down your grills if you don’t have any ingredients to sell.

  Might be the poorest experience ive seen for a Chipotle. Out if cheese. I remember better days for this chain. The excuse.... its sunday.
