- SMShay MoniySep 1, 20261.0Stopped in at 9:30 PM, knowing they didn’t close until 10:00 PM, and they had practically nothing available—no white rice, no brown rice, and barely any meat. The staff were already cleaning up like the restaurant was closed. Rice is literally the base of most Chipotle meals, so if you’re not planning to have something as basic as rice available until closing time, you might as well close early. I understand running out of certain items near the end of the night, but having no rice at all 30 minutes before closing is ridiculous. It’s all good though—QDOBA happily got my money instead.
- DNDeanne NolenSep 1, 20262.0This used to be a great location. I don’t know what happened. The inside and outside dining tables were disgusting with food caked on the tables. Used napkins and trash scattered throughout the store. The staff was unkempt. The food line was a disaster with slop all over and the ingredients were mixed together throughout the line. It has become the lowest quality Chipotle I’ve ever seen. The drink station was full of garbage. No surprise considering there is no waste receptacle nearby. When my dining companions sat down (after I tried but failed to clean the table with wipes) we noticed everyone had different portions, even though 3 out of 4 of us had identical orders. Even the fresh taste that is typically consistent with the Chipotle brand was lacking. To be fair, the plaza where this branch is located has gone downhill considerably in the past year reflecting what St Cloud has become. Such a disappointment. Management, please help your employees do better.
