  There are only a few decent employees at this location. It seems that if you make a statement about how someone is preparing your food, there's a problem, and if you state what you want, it's a joke.

  The employees are rude and stoned. I am NEVER going to this location again. The worst part was seeing them pick out of the meat with no gloves on just to have a snack while one blows smoke out of there mouth, which I can only assume was marijuana due to the HORRENDOUS SMELL. On multiple occasions they have messed up my order. The first time it was a small mess of up forgetting lettuce. But it’s just ramping up more every time. I drive 15 minutes to this location because it is the closest one to me so I keep letting their mistakes slide. The time before this I order the exact same thing and they forgot all of my sides both my drinks and even though I ordered a quesadilla and a bowl, they only gave me the quesadilla. No chicken or salsa in the container either, thank goodness I opened the bag to check that time. But when I did the employee cursed to em and said don’t get upset because we were busy. I’m sorry but it’s not my fault that you are unable to read my ticket. But this time I tried again hoping for a correct order. So I order the quesadilla (I would order inside to make sure they get it right but it has to be online and apparently none of them can read.) They only put cheese in my quesadilla, missed all three sides. Then for the bowl I got it was only rice, chicken and beans, everything else was missing and I was charged extra for everything so I expect it. Just horrible service and rude staff. When I my name, the employee laughed, tossed my bag on the counter and walked away. No thank you or have a nice night. You’re better off driving further to Sauk rapids. The manager and/or general manager need to take accountability for this gross behavior. Seeing that their employees eat out of the meat with there bare hands, then licking there fingers is SICK!!! And smoking marijuana in front of customers is so unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN! Get your store in check managers.

  This place is so unclean. The past 3 times the serving area has food caked, dried and slipped all over. The dinning area has no clean table and all 4 trash bins are overflowing. (All 3 visits) 4 staff and 2 standing around. This is so poorly managed. 26Jul26, 1930.

  I stopped in before work order a bowl the sour cream looked like it was milk the lettuce looked bad I have been sick since Tuesday almost had to miss work but fighting through it was told that others have gotten sick from there something about the lettuce I see why

  Liking your job, smiling, saying something other than "...and for you?" - but I'm viewing 'service' from a 20th century lens, not from today's standard. By today's service standards: they got my delicious food out to me, correctly, with no problems... Also, the tables were being wiped by customers before use. Really, the 4 star is because those very minor issues compound with always having stale chips.
