- PPPaulaSep 28, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered online twice in the last month and both times sucked. I ordered extra cheese, sour cream, and salsa on a burrito bowl. I could literally count the pieces of cheese and there was barely any sour cream or salsa. Actually, the entire burrito bowl was small quantity. I have ordered here in the past and it was fine. Not sure what's going on but extremely disappointed and will have to go elsewhere for burrito bowls.

Staff extremely rude, asked for extra had to remind and still got less than my fiance who just got a regular of something. This experience alone makes me not want to go back. Went next door to noodles for the mother in laws food. Complete 180 experience. Do something about front staff professionalism at Chipotle or you'll continue to lose returning customers. I will not be bacj any time soon in hopes of eventually returning to find staff that actually care about professionalism.

I’ve been to hundreds of chipotle’s across the state as well as the country this particular chipotle where I happen to live is the worst one I have ever seen or been too. This is the particular instance that really permanently set the tone for how I feel about this location and I’ve never really wrote reviews like this. It Cost extra for the new chicken and they forgot to put chicken on the burrito. They also added beans to the order when the order says no beans just disregarding and forgetting. I’ve had past experiences in this chipotle as well where the workers are clearly stoned blasting music and being messy and slow. Sartell and west side st.cloud chipotles are much better options. There needs to be a serious evaluation of this location’s employees and the way that it is run.
