You can feel the difference the moment you walk in. The chicken sandwich is hands-down the best in the game — juicy, perfectly seasoned, and fried to perfection. The waffle fries are crispy and addictive, and their lemonade is the most refreshing thing ever. Everything is always fresh and made with so much care. The staff here are genuinely the nicest people you’ll meet anywhere. They’re always smiling, incredibly polite, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and family-friendly — it’s just a happy place to be. Thank you Chick-fil-A for setting the bar so high! You’ve earned a customer for life. I was told 25 minutes, which I accepted. I left and returned after 30 minutes, only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. After waiting again, I was then informed that my order had been lost. The explanation I received was that they were busy and that an order this size should have been placed two hours in advance. That raises a serious question, why was my order accepted in the first place if they couldn’t fulfill it as promised? Instead of taking responsibility, the staff continued making excuses about being short-staffed and overwhelmed. While I understand things can get busy, losing an order and failing to communicate properly is unacceptable. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall. No apology at all and it took 52 minutes
