- TAThe Phoenix - Rising againMay 13, 20263.0Tried out a new place, we weren't sure where to order at first, none of the employees walking around or behind the counters greeted us at all. We figured out you had to walk to the back of the restaurant and order on a kiosk, then we stood at another counter for a good 10 minutes while the employees stood around a back counter chatting. Finally they put a bag on the counter with our dine-in number written on it and we could sit. We both got burgers, but they put the bacon and pickles on the wrong one, and the bottom bun was so greasy you made a mess trying to pick it up. After we bussed our table we headed to the wash room and tried to wash the grease off our hands in cold water. Over all it was good (not great), expensive, and service like a McD's.

I was staying about 2 miles from the restaurant, but by the time I got it home, the bun was absolutely soaked from the dill pickle. It was total mush, and split in half. The flavors were good, but almost impossible to eat. I would suggest wrapping the pickle separate for the Chicago dog to go orders.
