- KKKaiApr 26, 20261.0This is seriously the worst Panera I have ever been to. The interior is absolutely awful. McDonald's has more charm. It's not at all welcoming. The staff are almost always rude. My last visit, there were no staff available at the register, so we ordered from the kiosk. My kid had to use the restroom, but you need to have a code. When I finally spotted an employee to ask, they told me the code is on the receipt and disappeared into the back before I could say we ordered from the kiosk and they don't print receipts. The old location was so much better. It's like they took every good thing about Panera and threw it out. Seriously, don't come to this location.
