Tae was respectful, listened to me, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service. Tae truly went above and beyond to make a small situation right, and I really appreciate it. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have a manager like Tae!

No sense of urgency even as their line was growing out the door. I’d give zero stars if it was an option. Not an option for anyone on their lunch break that’s for sure.

I asked the guys making the sandwiches and they said they had the ticket for it and it would be up soon. I sat down and waited. A line piled up and they called the customers to come down and see if their sandwich was up, so I stayed there waiting as they 1 by 1 called people's names out. After waiting 15 minutes I asked about my order and he said it was done, waiting on the pickup shelf. They never called my name. The employee didn't seem to care, he just stated that online orders go to the shelf. I get the process, but come on... I asked for my order so you knew I was here waiting, you asked everyone to wait down at the end and were calling out names, but didn't bother to let me know. Thanks dude
