  Uber eats is delivering my order over an hour after I ordered it. I ordered shortly after 6pm. This JJ is not typically freaky fast, but uh this is bad. For clarification: I ordered through JJ app and had no idea Uber eats taking over the delivery was even a thing.

  Apparently drivers leave early, worked delivery and take orders up till the minute before closing. Meaning keep your driver ready to leave for a delivery up until 1 minute before close.

  Don’t order here unless you like being demeaned because you are a woman 🙃 When I came in to pickup my order, a gentleman (who I wasn’t even talking to??) said “well it’s gonna be a little while SWEETHEART you just ordered that” with soo much attitude. I’m sorry I think I missed the part where I said I needed it right away?? I was just minding my business. I felt so demeaned and it felt like he wouldn’t have talked to a man that way that’s all I say. They also messed up our order lol for someone’s birthday so great job guys!!

  I ordered delivery from the Snelling Ave, Roseville, MN location about 3 weeks ago. The driver didn’t show up after an hour from the notification they had left the store. I called and the amazing evening manager, a young lady, handled my call so well! She couldn’t explain why the driver hadn’t made it and did not make any excuse for it. She gave me a credit for my meal. I ordered a tuna sub and she knew it would be soggy by the time I received it. I ended up getting a ride to the store and ordering it in person. She really did handle the situation perfectly. I don’t drive which is why I ordered delivery. The driver showed up to my house a total of 1 hour 45 mins after he left the store…

  Update: when asking to have my order cancelled the "manager" said he was going to call the cops on me and the front desk employee who the "manager" was convinced stole my food. When in actuality, my food was delivered to the hotel a block away. I ordered online for delivery. After an hour, I still hadn't received the order. I called the store and they told me they're "not dominos" and they can't track drivers. I've never had an issue with Jimmy John's before ever. I am very disappointed. Their online tracker is also not functional.
