  I went here this past Saturday morning just to get a black coffee with a flavor shot. There was only one customer ahead of me, who ordered three dozen donuts. There were six people working in back and only one young lady working in the front. She took TEN minutes to pull three dozen doughnuts (I noticed the time because I was on my way to work, now running late because of this) three other customers came in behind me and left because this young lady was so slow. I used to be the manager of a bagel shop, if one of my employees took 10 minutes to pull a simple three dozen bagels I would definitely have to speak to them about their time management and productivity skills. Especially on a busy Saturday. Very irritating.

  The worst Dunkin ever , my drink comes out disgusting everytime ask them remake it they catch attitude, no matter what kind you order is either just milk and hint of coffee or swamp water

  Awesome Dunkin, my online order is usually ready in like 90 seconds it’s honestly impressive, store is really nice and clean, staff are always very friendly!

  I’ve visited this location a few times before and usually had an okay experience, but my visit today was really disappointing. The glazed donut didn’t taste fresh and was honestly not enjoyable. On top of that, the tables didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly, and it was hard to find a clean place to sit. I know this location can do better based on past visits, so I hope they improve the food quality and keep the seating area cleaner.

  As both a customer and a business owner, I wanted to share some honest feedback. The way staff interact with customers has a direct impact on the success of any establishment, and unfortunately, my experiences here have felt inconsistent. (I’m sure others can agree). Staff often appear distracted or engaged in side conversations while serving customers, which comes across as unwelcoming. Additionally, I’ve repeatedly received bagels that are not warm, which should be a basic expectation. Hiring the right people and ensuring they are properly trained is critical. Without that, it becomes difficult to maintain a positive customer experience. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback to help improve the business.
