I did the chuptopia summer rewards and got the free party. I was in the chipotlane, after receiving the notification my order was ready, waiting for my food for about 20 minutes queing behind people. Eventually I became suspicious because the line was moving so slow. I got out and walked to the front of the line and the person waiting just drove away without getting food or talking to the employees. The employees basically had decided to just not man the drive thru and not put up a sign or tell anyone. I went inside and asked if my food was ready and they said they were only doing "live" orders today. I asked if it was cancelled and they said yes. Then after hitting up Taco Bell for food I noticed they charged me for that order. I went into the app and the pepper chatbot refused to give me a refund. Then it tried to transfer me to a person and for over 30 minutes with the app open on my phone no one ever responds. I restart the chat and now it won't transfer me to a live agent. If i don't see the charge reverse I am going to have to do a charge back. This is the worst service have ever receieved anywhere..

I waited another 10 minutes. They would not come to the window. I went inside and was told by the person at the front they "decided" to do all drove thru orders live today. I pointed to the line of six cars waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru and asked if they planned to ever let anyone know and the guy literally just sighed and walked away. I yelled out at him that I wanted to cancel my order and he said he would. Then the charge hit my credit card. Pepper in the app just spun for an hour so I am going to be doing a credit card chargeback. I am a chipotle diehard but this is not worth it. My loyalty was a mistake
