How this location even has 2 stars is beyond me. The young "adults" running this location have some serious improvements to make when it comes to their customer service skills. Myself and four others from my group went inside this location to order carry out and when we entered the building we were next to order. Instead of taking our order, we were left standing in the front of the line of what soon turned into about six groups of people deep for over 25 mins before anyone even acknowledged us. They were too busy texting on their phones, complaining about the drive thru rush or playing with one of the employees (with the pink hair) child who was running all over the building, weaving in between customers and climbing all over the front counter all while being shoeless doing so. After countless amounts of awkward eye contact to try and get anyone's attention, we ended up speaking up and asked if they were not taking orders anymore. The employee at the front counter responded with an "oh no we are" and finally took our order. After placing our order we ended up waiting almost another 25 mins while repeatedly getting our order skipped in line by people who placed their orders after us. We had a two year old with us at this time who was getting impatient and at this point just wanted to get our order refunded. After many failed attempts to flag someone down again, we noticed employees vaping in the back corner of the kitchen. That's when an employee finally came up asking if we were waiting to have our order taken. My wife's friend showed him our receipt of what we were waiting for and another employee was finally working on them, however my wife's friend did speak up and asked them to please wash their hands before continuing making food after seeing them vaping moments prior. We were met with a mixture of sass, and not a single care in the world for our experience let alone an apology for the inconvenience. We remained calm to them the entire time right until the very end when they started locking people out of the lobby and yelling at customers rudely trying to pickup door dash orders. We will say that there was one young female employee who seemed to be doing the majority of any work that was being done in there and we made sure to let her know she was at least appreciated for her hard work. We understand busy times, and rush hours and have no problem waiting and being patient, but what is not okay is the lack of any attention to the paying customer or just general knowledge in customer service overall. I hope someone higher up takes all these negative reviews into consideration and works toward improvements in their terms of their employees.

never have i walked into this dairy queen and had the whole place smelling like pot from behind the counter. There was nobody else in the store and as i walk up to the front it reeks of weed including one of the staff members that came up to me and served me, this shouldn’t be a problem but it is. it could have been a bigger problem if kids were in there too. Id rather go to farmington dairy queen just so my food doesn’t smell like weed

I visited this location after my 'go to
location did not have the shrimp poppers. I was super eager to try them again after all these years, I used to be OBSESSED and would get them multiple times a week after school in the past. Boy, was I disappointed! We ordered, pulled forward to the window and got our drinks and desserts and was told to pull forward to wait for the rest of our food, which we did without complaints but we waited over 15 minutes for our food! That is just absurd to me as it didnt seem like they were very busy or anything. They ended up forgetting several of our items and not even adding fries to one of the meal deals we received, never got our sundae ticket to use at a later time and the portions were just CRAZY small for something that cost $11 an order. My overall tab ran us about $50 and I was upset at the wait time and lack of customer service whatsoever so I asked to speak to a manager who was polite but absolutely refused my request for a refund. The poppers were overcooked, the portions were small, they didnt give me my receipt or offer any kind of apology for the wait or poor service. I don't know whether it is just this location but when I go to Farmington, they always hook it up when it comes to portions on fries and chicken tenders, I will be eager to try their shrimp baskets next. Oh and their Moolatte's used to be my other obsession, i just love the flavor of coffee but this tasted like a vanilla shake with caramel in it?? Oh and I never got my kids sundae ticket.
