  There are two women that typically work together mid-day (around 12:30pm) and they will constantly skimp you on food. You ask nicely for extra rice or cheese and they will give you less than normal portion sizing. It'll take asking 3x to get the portions you want. It's so weird and uncomfortable to put paying customers through that, especially when we go there frequently and we know it'll be a struggle to get a +$10 customized order during that time. We will be going elsewhere during that time. Otherwise, evenings are better. There is one guy that is super friendly and one time I was overcharged and they fixed it right away. Honestly wouldn't have cared about being overcharged if it wasnt for my previous experience with those other employees.

  They charge plenty, and the servings are somewhat small for what you get. Especially when just asking for more lettuce.

  As someone who can't eat much, if any, spicy food because of health issues, it's extremely frustrating that the spice level varies so much from day to day on the exact same menu item. I used to order the steak tacos all the time, but I had to stop because they gradually became spicier and spicier. I switched to ordering the chicken-only option, which my boyfriend and I pick up several times a week to eat over rice at home, but now I'm experiencing the same inconsistency. Some days it's perfectly mild, and other days it's so spicy I can barely eat it. I've also ordered through DoorDash, and never again. We received what were basically three empty taco shells with barely any chicken inside. I understand some variation is inevitable, but the inconsistency in both the spice level and portion sizes has been really disappointing. When the food is good, it's one of my favorite places to eat, which makes it even more frustrating.

  My girlfriend ordered online buying our typical meals. When she got back the bag was unopened so far so good. We open our food and there is almost no food. Her serving size was that of a toddler size. We payed $37.52. Unbelievable service. I advise to not order online and to go in person so you don't get ripped off
