- JHJosh and Jessica Hanson4 days ago1.0After my daughter got out of the hospital, she wanted Chipotle so we placed an order on the app. We picked it up and when we got home, we saw they had given us the wrong meat and wrong beans in BOTH bowls (yes, it was my order). Also, one of the bowls was almost inedibly salty.

I wouldn’t have order the food had they said something. Next time put a sign up or something. I don’t blame the kids there because it looked like they needed to be supervised.

- NLNick LarsonAug 26, 20263.03 stars is about right for this place. I’ve been here many times. If you eat in, be prepared to see garbages overflowing onto the floor. Also, you’ll probably have to ask for a fork, bc they don’t bother to refill the forks once they’re out. Or the ice. Or napkins.

The server gave me a single, tiny scoop of rice and flatly refused when I politely asked for a bit more.When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed she was the manager and proceeded to argue with me. She was incredibly rude in front of my kids and a restaurant full of customers.If extra rice cost more, all she had to do was say so. I would have gladly paid for a side of rice. There was absolutely no reason to be so hostile over a basic request. If you are that frustrated with serving people, you shouldn't work here.
