  The food and staff are good. The restaurant itself needs serious cleaning. I don’t think the entry door has been cleaned for months-sticky and grimy. The inside of the restaurant also needs serious cleaning. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is and how sanitary the food preparing is. The condiments area is awful. Smells like something died. The maple grove locations need cleaning as well, but a bit better than Roger’s.

  Iv never had a good experience with this chipotle. me & my friend went to this location exactly an hour before they closed, we even asked a worker who was outside about to leave if they were open & he responded with “yea, but they will be mad I told you so” & then said he was from a different store & they wouldn’t even tip him out. bless his heart. The service was worse then I was expecting, given everytime iv come here the vibes suck. right as we walked in some worker girl with black hair and some basic flower tats on her arms didn’t say anything to us except yell all the stuff they didn’t have. she had her airpods in so that would make sense but jeez… A hey would have been just fine. I don’t care enough to get to deep into this & Iv never done or felt the need to leave a review ANYWHERE. I know what working in food is supposed to look like and obviously theres some major managing/ training issues. there was also hair in my friends food 😐

  Don’t ever spend your money here. I walked in 50 minutes before close (10:10), said hello, and was greeted with “we have no cheese” as I looked at her confused she then added “also no beans queso, or veggies” I said that was okay and asked if I could get brown rice with x2 chicken, she then started gesturing her hands back and forth and said “well what do you want a bowl, burrito, like what do you want cause I don’t know” I told her a bowl, and proceeded to say my order, where she tried to give as little portions as possible until I nicely asked for more. I asked the cashier- another worker, what time they closed where he finally looked up from his phone for a split second to tell me 11, but that it was an early night. I paid, asked for a business card or corporate number and was told I could call tomorrow morning and ask for the GM. I also asked for her name, but was told I didn’t need it, which I understood, but she then questioned why I even needed it, and I said “I mean, it’s 45 minutes before close and I can’t even get a hello?” There wasn’t a response besides an eye roll. I understand that may be frustrating coming in before close, but the behavior shown was unwarranted no matter the situation. Not to mention the cold food after a five minute drive home and hair in my bowl… Honestly I was just disgusted with every part of this experience, and as I walked out I made sure to let a couple know what they were getting into where I was then told they had also had a bad experience awhile ago and was hoping it was different. There’s so much more I can go into with hospitality and sanitary concerns but I don’t think I need to say anymore to have convinced you. (I have a picture of the hair in my bowl I just couldn’t figure out how to attach it 😭)

  yikes! Started to order my food and after asking for rice was told that it would be a 20 minute wait for white or brown rice. I’ve never had that happen at a Chipotle before… The kicker is, I waited and was never offered an apology or an excuse for the wait and they forgot my chips which I didn’t realize till I was already driving home. disappointed.

  They must’ve switched management or something because this chipotle used to be great but the past two times I’ve gone in there they say that there “out of rice” which is literally the main ingredient to a burrito don’t understand how this can happen and something really needs to change because I know it’s affecting their business. Really sucks to see a good business go downhill because of its workers..
