  I got my food just fine. It's just that the 6pm shift has been the worst. So many trash around the kitchen and soda/drink counters while employees are just talking to each other and just passing through all the messes without a care.

  Tough go… seems to be a reoccurring theme. Food all over the serving station mixed in with one another, bland food, over flowing garbages and the customer service was non existent. Order was tossed into a bag, bag was tossed across the counter.

  I came in a few weeks ago and got burrito and paid $9 I come in today and got the same thing a burrito and paid $15.34 and got charged for a bowl? At this point what are you doing with almost 6 extra dollars give it back this is such a poor move😭 to be scamming.

  One star, and I want to be specific, because this isn't one bad night, it's six or seven visits over four months, mostly dinner, and I have never once walked out of this location satisfied with what I paid for. Start with the dining room. Trash in the entryway. Empty tables left covered in food and used napkins. This is what the restaurant looks like before you've even reached the line, and it sets the tone accurately. At the counter, I'm rarely greeted at all. The staff are busy shouting jokes back and forth between the kitchen and the assembly line. I have no problem with people enjoying their shift, but there's a difference between a fun workplace and one where nobody is running the floor. Everyone working appears to be about 20 or younger, and I have never been able to identify a manager, because they're all behaving identically. The assembly table itself is disgusting. I understand it's a high-volume line, but you have to wipe it down between orders, and they don't. Ingredients from previous burritos are just there, part of the landscape. The assembly is worse. Ingredients get slapped on with no care and the tortilla is shoved down the line whether or not the next person is ready for it, so orders collide and food ends up in other people's food. Nobody communicates. And then there's the rolling, which is where this location has achieved something close to consistency: every single time, they squeeze most of the ingredients out of the burrito, scoop them back in, squeeze more out finishing the roll, and tear the tortilla dragging it through the pile they just made. On at least four visits the employee has looked at the wreckage and asked, blankly, whether I'd like him to re-roll it. I've said yes every time. It has never survived the second attempt. One visit he called a coworker over for help, got mocked by the rest of the line for how many he'd ruined that shift, and then the coworker blew the roll too. What I take home is a torn burrito wrapped in foil that's already full of the ingredients that fell out of it. I don't write negative reviews. I'm writing this one because six or seven visits is a pattern, not bad luck, and because the problem is fixable, basic training and basic supervision, and someone above store level should look at it.

  Online order was correct. Food was decent. The dining area was filthy! Full garbages, messy tables, all of the juice options were empty. Staff was just fine. Not super welcoming.
