Their service sucks and everything else about this place sucks. It’s probably the best to just pre-order your food so you don’t see who makes it or what they made it on top of maybe go to Culver’s across the street

The music so loud and the bass was pumping so hard that I could feel it in my chest, and I am not over exaggerating one bit! I felt so bad for the people trying to eat in the dining room with children. When I got to the counter, I had to literally yell my order to the worker. It took me yelling, that another worker finally went into the back room where another worker was cleaning or something and told him to turn down the music. Lat only lasted for about 5 mins and he cranked the music back up! I will never visit this location ever again!!! The crew worked that night should be totally reprimanded for their actions and total disrespect of the customers! I may even send a note to the corporate office!!
- MDMegan DJun 3, 20262.0To begin…. This store was disgustingly dirty. Work stations look like they rarely get cleaned, tables have food all over them, and garbage all over the floors. The meat was VERY salty. I’m pretty sure there’s a standard recipe—definitely wasn’t followed. There was so much liquid in the burrito that I couldn’t even pick up the burrito without a river flowing out of it. Quite a disappointing meal. Very unexpected as we love Chipotle. This is the worst location I have ever stepped foot in. Now the low ratings on yelp make sense. There were two of us dining. One had a salty burrito that was far too salty to eat. The other had a rushing river running burrito. Disappointing to say the very least.
