From the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the service, to even the cost, this is one of the best first eats that I've had in a long time. Perfect stop during a walk downtown, or even on a lunch break by the plaza fountain. STOP READING AND JUST EAT HERE!!!!!

Fly in late to Rochester and found this solid Mexican spot open. Service was excellent, they accommodated me right before closing. Try the burrito bowl with their homemade salsas.

I was very excited to try the food here, b'cuz I've heard such good things... So, me and my family made a trip to Rochester for the street fair Thursday afternoon and opted to go into THIS taco shop, as opposed to buying from a vendor at the street fair. I was highly disappointed. My disappointment has absolutely nothing to do with the food..... The food looked amazing and as a matter of fact I'm still a little annoyed that I didn't get to eat any. I received my order,. But I chose to ask for my money back after your employees displayed such shity attitudes. I really didn't appreciate your employees response to me asking for hand sanitizer.... She said you can go wash your hands in the bathroom and I said I'm sorry I don't want to go into an elevator and down into a basement to wash my hands. She didn't give a damn and she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if she had any hand sanitizer..... She acted like I was weird because I wanted to wash my hands before I ate. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I mean, why wouldn't you have hand sanitizer available? Needless to say that even though I ordered my food and paid for my food and received my food and still I opted to ask for my money back BECAUSE there was no way for me to wash my hands. I find it strange that in this day and age of sex trafficking..etc, that you would encourage women to go into a basement, that is being shared by a number of different businesses to use the bathroom...VERY UNSAFE. I did end up asking someone to go downstairs with me. I'm not spending any money at an establishment who doesn't respect me as a customer. I really love the part where the female employee said "I go down there to use the bathroom all the time".. Yes you do that's because there's a stairway that leads from the your kitchen straight to the bathroom, so you don't have to go get in an elevator and go downstairs and walk down a hallway.... The point I'm making is that I'm not from around there so I didn't have the luxury of feeling comfortable with my surroundings..... I'm from out of town...... Just not a very well thought-out plan and the employees have clearly not been trained to respect the customers. She handled that all wrong and I didn't appreciate it at all. I spoke to several of the women in the restaurant and asked them if I was wrong and all five of the women agreed that going into a basement to wash their hands is uncomfortable and makes no sense. I understand that there is more than one business probably sharing the bathroom. I get that part but for that exact reason you should have a way for your customers to wash their hands before they order food at your establishment... not everybody wants to go into a basement to wash their hands. People are suffering from mental health issues, trauma, anxiety.... There are lots of reasons why someone wouldn't want to go down into a basement by themselves🤷🏾‍♀️ My least favorite part was your employees. They were friendly but you could tell that it was fake and they were disrespectful. I wasn't sure if they were being rude to me because I was black or because I was upset that I couldn't wash my hands..... I think that it would serve you to have a talk with them. I was there between 12 and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday.
