  Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Taco Bell. The staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. We placed our order online over 20 minutes in advance, then waited again in the drive thru line. When we reached the speaker, we checked in our first mobile order and then asked to check in a second order. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the employee immediately responded with attitude and told us we would need to go all the way to the back of the line just to check in the second order. Whether or not that is store policy, the way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable. There was no effort to communicate politely or show basic customer service, especially when we explained that we were in a rush, because we had already been waiting for a total of at least The behaviour from the staff was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. In the end, the food was cold and was just a big waste of time. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I would not recommend it to others.

  And you wonder why you are outwardly referred to as "Taco Hell"? This particular one ruined them all for me. Bathroom locked, hunt down associate to be "buzzed in"---STRIKE ONE! Nobody to take our order, forced to use miserable kiosk---STRIKE TWO! Food (if I dare even call it that) old, dry, and inedible---STRIKE THREE! You're out!!! I'll stick with Taco John's or Taco "fill in the blank".

  This Taco Bell location at night is extremely frustrating. The night crew regularly shuts everything down early. You can be sitting in line waiting, and they’ll just close right in front of you without saying a word—no explanation, nothing. What’s even worse is how certain customers are treated. I’ve personally seen people picking up orders get yelled at and spoken to disrespectfully, as if they’re somehow less important than regular customers. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior—everyone should be treated with basic respect. On top of that, the service overall is rude and unprofessional. There are two employees in particular (a tall guy and a woman working nights) who consistently have a bad attitude and make the experience worse every time. This kind of conduct is bad for business and reflects poorly on the entire location. If you’re expecting late-night service, don’t count on this place being reliable.

  if i could i would give this specific taco bell a 0. I had one of the worst fast-food experiences here. I placed a $60 order expecting basic service, but instead I was told to wait outside and ended up sitting on the curb for nearly 30 minutes. No clear explanation, no updates, and no sense of urgency from the staff. What made it worse was that I could see other customers being helped while I was left waiting with no communication. For the amount of money I spent, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Fast food should at least be fast—or at the very least, respectful of customers’ time. I won’t be coming back to this location after this experience. so they basically called me fat…
