If I could give it less I would. I waited 45 minutes in the drive up! Finally got tired and tried to walk inside and the door is locked! And yes they were open this was at noon! This is beyond pathetic!!! I don't blame the workers cause they are doing their best but Iean damn! Who owns this franchise? Hey give me a call I'll tell you what I really think! I swear Glen Bell is spinning in his grave!! What an embarrassment!

Me & my significant other frequent all the taco bells in Rochester and this is by far the best one. We've been here more than once and each time the food is amazing. The first time we went I got the chicken nuggets and it was so crunchy and juicy. Not to mention, the customer service is superb. The workers come out and check on you, even if you're using the kiosk just to make sure things are going okay. I recommend this location hard and will go out of my way to eat here.

They keep giving out old food even after you asked for it to be fresh. Just left there about 20 minutes ago. Even the first day they open I got old fries just order a chicken nugget deluxe. The only thing was fresh was the fries. waste of my money

They completely messed up my order and left out ingredients I paid extra for. I understand this location is new, but that’s no excuse for poor quality control and careless service. If customers are paying extra, they should receive what they ordered. Save your money and go to elsewhere instead

I know it's easy to give a place five stars when it just opens, but this is already hands down the best one in the city. Not only is it clean, but the staff actually got the food out in a quick amount of time. The manager even came up to check on me by name while I was eating my meal. Add in the fact that this is on the side of town where I work and this is definitely going to be my new location!
