- TRTay RMay 3, 20262.0My fiance and I have been going to subway for the past month, we get a 12 inch sandwich with all turkey half salami and they have always been okay with that. Today we were there for lunch and Jaiyden immediately had problems and terrible customer service. She said they do not allow that there, but I’ve been getting that for years with no problems. She started helping the people behind us and also had an attitude towards them. I understand working at Subway is not an ideal job, but it is your job, and you need to be respectful especially when I was extremely kind. I mentioned it had never been a problem before and she got very snippy. I hope management can help her work on her customer service skills!

Not only was she rude to us for no reason, she was overly disrespectful and rude to the next customer too, great food and this ones cleaner than the others.

They stopped everything to yell at them that no outside food or drink was allowed. I asked why they needed to yell they stated that it is a rule and they are an independent business with their own rules. I see why there are so many reviews noting the rude staff. Avoid this location at all costs. They are just unnecessarily rude.

She kept interrupting the employee who was making my order and insisted that he make it her way instead of the way I requested. It was very frustrating and unnecessary. I simply wanted my sandwich made the way I ordered it, but she kept interfering. Really disappointing experience.
