    I left a job a little after midnight on a Sunday night(Monday morn) I had eaten very little while working and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. I tried a Kwik trip because I prefer some healthier options but it was closed. McDonald's it was. There was a line of cars in the drive through almost to the parking lot entrance. I was amazed by the speed at which this line moved. The man who took my order was polite and to the point. No stupid, robotic questions asking what you have already said, or interrupting mid order. He was at the window as well. Order was done quickly and it was all there. It's McDonalds. I just cannot give it 5 stars. The staff here obviously have their "stuff" together!

    The hours online are different then when they are closing. Personally if you are gonna run a franchise in Rochester that says its open 24/7 THEN IT SHOULD BE. This was very disappointing and ruined my night bc i wanted a chciken sammy real bad and they lied.

    I think it’s about time we start boycotting this specific McDonald’s location. I’ve been a customer here for over 10 years and it’s honestly disappointed to see how much the service has gone downhill. I’ve had multiple negative experiences, but this most recent one pushed me To finally say something, there seems to be a lack of accountability between staff, especially during overnight shift instead of addressing issues employees tend to back each other up without actually looking into what happened, which is frustrating as a customer. I ordered a caramel macchiato and it came out basically as water and milk when I went back and showed them the drink instead of acknowledge the issue or fix the professionally. I was met with attitude. Imagine having to go to work early in the morning, needing something as simple as a cup of coffee to start your day and be met with that kind of service no professionalism no have a great day. No see you next time just attitude. The lack of basic customer respect is honestly absurd. This isn’t just a one time situation. It’s been a pattern and that’s why I’m finally speaking up to add more. There is no other McDonald’s location in Rochester that charges you for sauce, basic sauce. Which already stands out in a negative way but I don’t mind it. I need the sauce.

    I ordered a fresh fish sandwich, and they handed me food that was clearly old cold fries like they’d been sitting out all morning. I went back through the drive-thru to get a refund, and instead of fixing it properly, they tried to rush a remake. They brought the sandwich back WRONG AGAIN with cheese, even though I specifically said no cheese and I’m lactose intolerant. At that point, it’s not even a mistake, it’s straight carelessness. What really took it over the top was the supervisor’s behavior. When I told him the order was wrong, he snatched the sandwich out of my hand like that was acceptable. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had to go inside just to get my money back, and as I was leaving, he had the nerve to tell me “don’t come back.” Trust me, after this experience, that won’t be an issue. This location consistently messes up orders, has bad attitudes, and clearly lacks basic standards for food quality and customer service. Being located near a medical area makes it even worse you would expect better, not this level of carelessness and disrespect. Management seriously needs to be replaced, because this is unacceptable from top to bottom. Final decision: Got a call telling me not to return to this McDonald’s because I “threw money” at one of their rude employees 🤣. Funny thing is, if all my change had actually made it into my hand instead of being carelessly tossed, nothing would’ve been thrown back. The real issue here is the lack of basic customer service and professionalism. This entire location seriously needs new staff starting with management. Honestly, it’s no loss on my end. I didn’t plan on going back there anyway.
