  Placed online order 10 minutes before getting there, watched people who ordered after me in store, get their food first. They were just pushing mine back for people that came in until I asked. There are other Rochester locations to choose from, won’t be back.

  We all know that new employees can slow down the line. However, Randy at this location knows how to handle business, politely he's getting your sandwich going so the line doesn’t stack up. All while allowing the newest of employees to learn by trail and error, for the most part. All while being kind and curious. You've got to appreciate a man who rises to the occasion. You have my respect Randy!! Food was perfect, service was perfect.

  Some of the worst service I’ve had. I went to pick up a sub, gave the name since it wasn’t on the shelf and was told they’d check on it. I waited about 20 minutes, no one checked on me. I watched other sandwiches get made. Then I gave the name again for the order, they misunderstood the name and the same worker said she’d check again. All of a sudden, it was magically behind her. It looked like it was there the whole time. Pure incompetence.

  They deffinitely stand up to the jj’s standard. Freaky fast, freaky good, freaky friendly.
