  My 3 daughters and I went in to get sandwiches and I had to grab our own drink cups, and I when I said I was having it to go the guy working told me to bag my own sandwiches. I have NEVER experienced that from any food place.

  The food and employees are good nothing bad to say about that, but even though I do appreciate the promptness a lot of the times when I order ahead for pickup they will make my sandwich earlier than my pickup time by 10-20 minutes which then leaves me to come pick up a soggy sandwich that’s been sitting for 30 minutes when it should’ve just been made e.g. 15 minutes ago

  Went here today, the young guys in here were rocking out to the music playing, and enjoying their job! Food tastes great!

  The Jimmy John’s itself is great they always make good sandwiches never mess up my orders but do not ever under any circumstances get delivery from this place they never have a delivery driver so they use uber which is fine but what is not fine is me having to wait over an hour and a half since the order was placed to actually get a sandwich they need to figure this problem out because this has happened to me on multiple occasions and it’s not the employees fault at all but whoever is in charge clearly can’t do there job to find delivery drivers to work.
