  Really happy with my visit to Jimmy John's. Found everything I needed and the shelves were well-organized. The staff were helpful and pointed me right to what I wanted. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Rochester.

  I had a disappointing experience at Jimmy John’s around 8:30 PM. I accidentally missed the drive-thru speaker and drove up to the window because there were no cars in line. The drive-thru was completely empty, but the employee refused to take my order and told me to drive back around to the speaker. I understand that procedures exist, but I felt the situation could have been handled more reasonably, especially since there were no other customers waiting. The employee’s tone came across as rude, which made the experience frustrating. I would have appreciated a more polite and customer-friendly response.
