- KTKek Tech6 days ago1.0This is seriously some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. These people need to be re-trained or let go. They are a huge liability for this Dunkin location. The district manager needs to see how bad the situation is at the commerce drive location. Both ladies there are exceptionally rude.
- OBOsama BakarOct 8, 20261.0My boyfriend and I recently stopped at Dunkin’ and unfortunately had an uncomfortable experience with a young woman with long blonde hair. She approached us in a very rude and impatient manner, asking if we were “ready or not.” Her attitude was unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. The other employee working up front was kind, patient, and professional, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve experienced rude behavior from the blonde employee. We’ve also witnessed her being disrespectful toward both customers and coworkers. I strongly encourage management to address this behavior. Repeatedly treating customers and coworkers this way reflects poorly on the store and creates an uncomfortable environment. I hope management takes this seriously.

I order a match when I got my match it was light and had little to none match in it when I asked if they could remake it, I was met with hostility and was told in a very rude way that they couldn’t remake it. I am very disappointed in dunkin and its workers. There is no reason for your workers to be hostile with the customer. Do better dunkin.

She immediately said “What do you want”?! When I mistakenly said the wrong thing she said “That’s two different items”! Then at the end she handed me my drink, I said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and said “Yup”! I really may NEVER consider this location ever again.
