    Staff are great and food is as good as it should be for Domino’s, but the app estimates for time to pick up was off by a lot. We arrived to pick up at estimated time but the time kept getting pushed back a few minutes at a time and ultimately was 30 minutes later than expected. We don’t care if it’s an hour wait but we’d rather wait at home than in the super busy store or parking lot taking up space. The store is clean and all staff we have encountered were very helpful and friendly.

    I would like to suggest an improvement in customer service. It would be great if the team could focus more on assisting customers promptly rather than engaging in conversations among themselves. Even when orders are ready, there seems to be a delay in handing them over. Additionally, the way I was spoken to felt a bit unprofessional. Improving communication and attentiveness would really enhance the customer experience.
