  The rice taste uncooked and this is the second time they miss stuff on my bowl. I ordered hot honey chicken, guacamole and lettuce and they are missing in this bowl. It was online ordered and picked up through the chipotle lane drive thru.

  Slow service, none of our burritos had any labels are markings to tell them apart (6 burritos) and every single burrito had a wrong ingredient. Not impressed with chipotle lately

  We came around 9pm for dinner. While there was no line, we still had to wait. There were multiple staff available and only one helping out. We ordered a kids quesadilla, burrito and tacos. I've never had the tacos all squished into a burrito foil so they were all juicy and smashed when it was time to eat. That was disappointing.

  I went in at 12:30 pm today and ordered 3 things, they forgot one and had to go back and make it. They never give full scoops and when I asked the guy for more her gave me one tiny piece of meat more. The scoops are portion sized for meat portions at Chipotle so if your not giving the full scoops your skimping. It Also be helpful to hire people who's first language is English. Literally not giving me what im paying for. I literally spend hundreds of dollars a month at Chipotle. 30 ×8=240 I go at least 5 times if not more a month. I deserve full scoops, everyone does.

  This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve had. Before we even entered, we noticed that the windows were covered in fingerprints and grease. Inside, the dining and food-service areas were dirty, with food and debris scattered around. The bathrooms were also disgusting and clearly needed attention. The customer service was just as bad. Nobody greeted us or explained what was happening. Employees simply stared at us and appeared visibly annoyed and unwelcoming. Multiple employees walked away in the middle of preparing our order without saying a word. Another employee would come from the back, continue making part of the order, then also walk away. This happened several times while other employees—including a tall man with glasses and a beard—stood nearby watching without assisting or communicating with us. After we paid, the employees walked away again. They did not bag our order, hand it to us, or even tell us it was ready. We eventually had to reach over and collect our own food. The entire restaurant appeared poorly managed, unsanitary, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Management needs to address the cleanliness of the dining area, food-service line, windows, and bathrooms, as well as the employees’ attitude and lack of communication. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
