  This is a wonderful location with drinks that are always perfectly made, and the staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming!!!

  Yet again, another failure of the Covid era with eating establishments. They make the priority the drive-through and online orders and completely ignore people standing right in front of them. Caribou and Starbucks and all the other chains grade all of their employees based on the drive-through metrics. Don’t expect anyone to give you a tip when you give such bad service for people standing inside the actual store. This is why I do not come to these places.

  I stopped at Caribou Coffee and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and my order was made exactly how I asked. The coffee tasted fresh and well made. The location was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to relax or get some work done. It’s a reliable spot for good coffee and I’ll definitely be back.

  Cold in here. Winter jackets needed. Doesn’t wanna make one linger … Bathroom only lacks a polar bear! 😆

  Not sure what’s going on for yelp but this is a great place to stop. Friendly service and get your food quick
