  How do you stop serving food and drinks AN HOUR prior to closing??? Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible manager constantly barking orders to employees, making them clean, do this and do that while there are customers present. BWW, do better with management selection, you failed hiring this one. Never again will we return to this location, never!

  On Google and Apple Maps closes at midnight. Didn’t let me in at 10:45pm saying they are closing. I said fine I’ll order takeout. Sat down waiting for my food and was asked by a very polite server if I wanted something to drink while I wait. I said my drink and was told last call was already called. It’s 11:00 pm and they close at 12:00am midnight. Terrible location, false hours, don’t go here! Either way, go Timberwolves! I’m glad I got to see what little of the game I got to watch. 102-100 spurs….

  I don't always do reviews but I have to point out how disappointed I was with the place. The restaurant was nowhere close to 50% capacity on a Saturday night, and yet our food took forever to come out. Our server did her absolute best, but even I could tell that she was probably overwhelmed by the amount of tables she had to wait on. I haven't been to a BWW in a while, and nothing about this experience is going to encourage me to come back anytime soon.

  I usually love coming here for the game, but the service at this location has become impossible to ignore. We waited 15 minutes before a server even acknowledged us, and once we finally ordered, our drinks didn't arrive until after the food was already on the table.To make matters worse, the wings came out lukewarm, and it took another 20 minutes to flag someone down just to get a refill and the check. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other at the host stand than checking on their tables. It’s frustrating to pay these prices for such a dismissive experience. Definitely won't be back to this location anytime soon

  Can't share much of feedback given the fact they never gave us any food. Couple weeks back we ordered food online at about 9:45 on a Saturday night. We were staying at the hotel across the street. Let's keep in mind they are open until midnight 😉. Buffalo wild wings accepted our order and took our money. We came into the restaurant and the manager...a guy with dreadlocks...informed us that our order would not be fulfilled as they were no longer making any food? He said the fryers were turned off any the cooks went home? Apparently two+ hours prior to close 🤣 The restaurant is open until midnight per Google and they stopped making orders BEFORE 10PM? If you are planning on staying at the hotel close...don't count on BWW for late night eats. They didn't not offer us ANYTHING to solve the issue. I went back to the hotel hungry and frustrated. Do your franchise owners know how this place is being managed? I just called today at 11:15pm and they aren't taking orders at this time. I hope your franchise owners are paying attention to the reviews 🤭
