  My waiters was really good but they where out of everything my waiters keep saying sorry she was great the 16 year old boy that was helping being food out forget some of my food and my waiters asked him to go get but instead he just sat at the bar and ate food. I think the owner should be more involved

  We went for breakfast, our server Ashley K was amazing. After a slight issue with our order she helped out amazingly well. We had no issues after word all the other food was amazing and it’s always just a great atmosphere.

  We've gone for breakfast at Brother's and its Always been excellent. But this time we decided to get some dinner there Never again! There was the bartender/ server and a waitress. We sat at a table one of 3 being occupied. After 10 minutes being ignored we should have left then. But I always feel to give a chance. The waitress finally came over took our drink order which took another 15 minutes again we were on of 3 tables. She finally took our food order. A booth of 3 came in she preceded to sit down with them and chat. The cook finally brought out our order and the bartender brought it to us and she never checked with us until it was time to hand us the bill. I watched the chef to bring out other orders to which it looked like he was also getting frustrated. Food was awesome but service Awful!

  I have app. At Mayo Clinic all morning then a break from 11 til 12:15 so went to brothers ordered medium well she brought me a bloody French dip so she took it back and brought it back to me at 12:06 so I told her don’t have time to eat now and left food there. I was very nice as she was too but still charged me all but .50 off crazy cost $35.00 for my partner to eat biscuits and gravy wow

  Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. When we arrived only one person working so I was patient, when I lost my patience was when 3 more people came on to work and not one person checked on us. It was more important to communicate between themselves and continue waiting on tables without even checking on customers that had been there for an hour.
