  We stopped in for the Broiled Fish. I ordered that and had the veggie with the Aug Gratin taters. Wife had French Toast and Bacon. Let’s just say don’t waste your time. The food was so dang cold it was like it came from the fridge. YUCK. No attempt to even cook it at all. We can see why they are not busy.

  Came in sat ourselves in a virtually empty restaurant and got ignored for the first ten minutes. When our server finally came to our dirty table he dropped off menus and said he'd be back. Another Ten minutes later he returned to take our order. We asked him if he could wipe down the table after Another ten minute disaperance he finally returned with a towel and took our order. All this waiting while the bartender watched us sit without a word. Not Great business 😕

  My husband and I were at brothers and we seated ourselves for about 10 minutes. There. Was maybe 10 people there. The bartender had to have seen us. A waiter finally approached us. Not the friendliest person. He took our order. He came back and placed the silverware on the table. Mine was placed across the table, and my husband’s was placed upside down next to him. The food was delivered and he never returned to ask us if everything was good. I went to the restroom and the handicap stall had water all over the floor. There was trash on the floor and no soap in my dispenser. The mirrors looked like they had not been cleaned in days. I passed an office on my way back and it was in disarray with a dirty dog bed next to the so called desk. The food was ok. We will never go ack. The health department should be making a report there.

  Staffing issues resulted in poor service. Food quality was bad, would prefer to cook myself. This restaurant appears to be operated by young children.

  Well where to begin, we went in for a quick bite for late breakfast. Day before payday & times as they've been short making it to next check. My friends kinda tight & said he wanted soup the waiter whom turned out to be a new manager & one of the best in town said to me off to the side. Is your friend ok we won't let anyone go hungry here? Wow blow my 55 years a Chad mind . He came to the table and ask my brother Jr , hey do want some breakfast like your friends? Comp the entire meal without further comment. This to me is how our my 3rd generation family of restauranteurs would in our dreams want every operator to move through customers lives. Thank you Jay & Brothers you renewed my faith in mankind in my hometown service less industry of today. Normal Rochester would have trespassed both for being broke day before payday. Shameful how far our industry has fallen except today!! Staff here is exceptional and it's a short list of place that still serve the customer's
