I placed an order at 10:12pm. It’s now 12:02am and my pizza still hasn't arrived. Delivery was sent to door dash, when driver arrived they said “they didn’t know what happened but my pizza wasn’t there” I called to cancel at 11:38pm and the woman on the phone told me my pizza was in the oven, I asked if there was going to someone to actually deliver it. 15 minutes later the DoorDash app told me my order was placed again. And it would be delivered between 12:17 and 12:27. We live five minutes away, there has been no phone call, no attempt to request I pick up my pizza, and a basic refusal to cancel my order that should have been here almost two hours ago. This store is horrible and need some seriously updated management ant policy. I called back to cancel AGAIN and was told my pizza was stolen by DoorDash and it was not their fault.

Papa John's is one of my fave pizzas. I appreciated the fast service, but the music was playing loudly and it was hard to hear the employee taking my order.

Pizza The Works was good but more items could have been on it. Customer service was fantastic. Cooked perfectly had to ask for the garlic sauce.

So rude!! The lady in the front was so rude didn’t greet me or anything, slung the pizzas at me yet greeted and handed another customer their pizzas. Just crazy! I even said thank you and she ignored me. It’s not my fault she’s WADDLING around and don’t feel good about herself! She needs to learn to be nice to paying customers.
