  Nastiest wings I’ve ever had, ordered 20 tonight and had to toss them all after 4. We tried them when they first opened in Richfield and they were shit then but we guessed they were just trying to find their feet as a brand new business in the area. Several months later (September 2026) we tried them again. Fifteen of twenty of them had ZERO sauce, luckily we decided to get some on the side to go (without viewing the wings) as we typically like extra sauce - if we hadn’t done that we would’ve had naked wings. My guy paid cash for that separately in and wasn’t offered his change, then was given an attitude when he asked about getting his change back. The wings are so fatty and gross. The sauce was tasteless. We tossed them all after 4 wings. Will absolutely never get wings from here again. 0/10. Won’t be getting food here again.

  This was the worst experience ever everyone in this building was so unprofessional every costumer had to yell to get the attention of the workers to get help and even the workers were back talking the costumers when they were asking for help. The food didn’t even taste that good after going through all the rudeness off the staff everyone in there should be fired it was so unprofessional being back talked by works basically being threatened that they were gonna tamper with our food and the workers were literally sitting on their phones. Do NOT go here if you want to feel safe ordering your food!!

  Ordered eight dry lemon pepper rub wings. Got eight plain wings with a slight slight taste of lemon pepper. Anyone that orders these wings regularly knows that you can definitely see the seasoning and taste it. It's usually on the tissue paper. I called and complained respectfully, and said that I would like some sort of a credit because this was a $20 order and it was wrong. She puts me on hold, comes back to then condescendingly tell me that the lemon pepper is a dry rub so you may not be able to see it, so I apologize that we didn't put enough on there, and I cut her off and explained, no. They were playing. These are ordered pretty regularly in my house. I know what they should look and taste like this is not it. There's no reason for you to correct me. I never do this, wouldn't have called if it wasn't an issue. But you picked the wrong day. She then lets me know that there's a credit and yada yada, I thanked her very much and the tone that I was given when she said goodbye was the most disgusting snobby stuck up tone I have ever heard. Not to mention, when I went in there they had an older lady with her young son waiting, while a group of them are talking like a bunch of Savage thugs? It was pretty ridiculous and embarrassing and I could tell that she was very uncomfortable. Not a professional environment at all. Very tacky behavior. Ran by children it seems like? And then to be so openly rude, when I already made it clear you didn't make the wings. This is not your issue but I'm not happy with them. And for the price that I paid and the tip that I left, I expect better, perfectly normal. To respond in that catty snarky tone that I was given, as a customer service representative, gross. My work spends quite a bit of money at Wingstop every Friday. No longer going to be a thing.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today was honestly a perfect experience! I really love when tJ is working, and the other guys working with him today were great too. The food was fresh, everything was made correctly, and the whole place had such a good vibe. tJ did a really good job keeping the customers happy, talking with everyone, and making sure things were running smoothly. You could tell the whole team was working well together, and it made such a difference. I actually deleted my previous post because today’s experience completely changed my mind. This was definitely a 5-star experience, and I really appreciate the great service today! 🙌❤️

  Spent almost $75 here today, and honestly, this was a huge disappointment. The food was unbelievably dry. Where was the sauce?! That's one of the best parts and a big reason we ordered it in the first place. I even left a tip even though there wasn't a tip jar, because I wanted to show appreciation. But when you're spending almost $75 on food that's supposed to come with sauce, you shouldn't get home and feel like they're rationing it. 😂 Like, are we on a sauce budget or what? I've also noticed something: there's one guy who works there a lot, and whenever he's there, the food is top tier. He clearly knows what he's doing and actually cares about the quality. But when he's not there, it's like a completely different restaurant. The food can be complete trash, and it feels like nobody cares what they're sending out. Next time I'm going to find out that guy's name because he deserves the credit. Whatever he's doing when he's working, the rest of the staff needs to take notes. Almost $75 for dry food with barely any sauce is just not okay. Huge letdown.
